National Signing Day 2012: Listed Times Top Recruits Will Make Their Decisions

National signing day is upon us, which means you're all wondering what time these highly coveted recruits will make their decisions. 

While some will be announcing after national signing day, the majority of elite recruits will make their college choices under the spotlight on Feb. 1. 

It's going to be a wild day, filled with big-time surprises. National signing day is always unpredictable and fun to watch, and this year is won't be any different.
