WWE Royal Rumble 2012 Results: No-Contest for Cena and Kane, What Does It Mean?

It was written in the stars.

The match between John Cena and the sinister Kane has ended in a no-contest and thus allowed for the carnage to continue.

Though this is great news, one must have foreseen this outcome as both superstars are of majestic proportions and neither would have given up so easily. 

What sets them apart however if John Cena's lingering humanity and refusal to "Embrace the Hate." Kane knows this and will keep throwing gas onto the fire by destroying everything and everyone in his path—namely a completely vulnerable Zack Ryder.

As true fans of entertainment, we all known where WWE gets their inspiration for this storyline: the Star Wars universe and the battle between the forces of light and darkness. Here we have Kane as the dark Jedi Master trying to lure the heroic savior Cena into his fold.

What better way to weaken one's defenses than by eliminating the things he/she hold dear. 

"If you will not turn to the dark side, then perhaps she will." - Darth Vader

Remember that line? What did Luke Skywalker do afterwards? He went nuts and destroyed the dark lord of the Sith in an uncontrollable rage.

This whole feud between Kane and John Cena will continue down the same path. But if the big red monster plays his cards right, the outcome will be quite different as the Cenation leader will lose all control and finally turn.

Note that the Elimination Chamber lies ahead for both Superstars and in that hell, there is no escape until all others are destroyed. Angels have mercy for the other souls trapped between these two in the chamber. They wouldn't even need to be inside to continue their war. 

Kane's plan is already set in motion. Zack Ryder is mangled, Eve Torres is in tears and furious while John Cena strives to control rage, despair and even fear as he may have met forces he cannot defeat.

The true plan however could be for Kane to deliberately let himself be annihilated in order to force his opponent to cross a line he could never turn back from. He may even have help in attempting this.

Could the lovely Eve become the queen of darkness? Will she be the one to seduce the mighty Superman into abandoning all will and resistance?

There was a time when Zack Ryder used to be referred to as a tool. He may be the tool necessary to commit an unspeakable evil: the corruption of a pure soul.

That would certainly twist things around for the main event at WrestleMania XXVIII. As of right now, The Rock has absolutely no clue as to what kind of John Cena he will be facing.
