New York Giants: 3 Players the Giants Should Target in the Draft
There's obviously more than three players the New York Giants should target this years draft, but these are the three I personally feel they should look at.
They'll have a lot of other things on their mind with the Super Bowl coming up against the New England Patriots, but it's never too early to take a look into the future.
Devon Still
1 of 3I might have some PSU bias going on, but Devon Still is just a beast.
I love going to games and watching this guy do his thing, and the New York Giants drafting him would be a dream come true.
Drafting a potential stud defensive tackle to put alongside the already ferocious pass-rush would be a great situation for the G-Men.
LaMichael James
2 of 3LaMichael James would be the perfect pick-up for the New York Giants.
He would help with the return game, he's fast and I heard he's not that bad of a running back either.
If he happens to slip down a couple rounds (third at least), I don't see why the Giants shouldn't at least take a shot at him.
It doesn't look like Da'Rel Scott is working out, and how confident are you in Brandon Jacobs and DJ Ware if they hang around?
Vontaze Burfict
3 of 3I had to do it. Vontaze Burfict is a great middle linebacker prospect, and the New York Giants need to take a shot on him.
He does have some anger issues, but a lot of players coming out of college have one issue or another.
Good coaching, along with some mentoring and experience in the league could do wonders for a kid like Burfict.
