AC Milan and Inter Milan at the San Siro, and it should be as exciting, suspenseful and bad-tempered as ever.

Inter are fifth in Serie A with 29 points. They're eight points behind the league leaders, but charging hard under new manager Claudio Ranieri after a poor start to the season.

AC Milan are joint leaders with 37 points, the same as Juventus. A win keeps their title hopes alive and pretty much ends Inter's hopes.

Inter's Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder is fit again. So are Diego Forlán and Alessandro Nesta. So it should be a star-studded affair.
