Jimmy Graham Video: Watch Saints TE's Amazing TD Catch

Tim KeeneyJun 5, 2018

This. Is. Madness.

Now this is what the NFL Playoffs are supposed to be like.

First, Drew Brees connected with Darren Sproles to seemingly put the New Orleans Saints ahead for good.

"Not so fast," said San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith, as he busted off a 28-yard touchdown run.

The Niners were up 29-25, but Drew Brees wasn't done yet.

On his 62nd pass attempt, he did this.

I'm not even sure how he saw anything over his crumbling offensive line. Pressure was in his face and he just threw it up to his tight end Jimmy Graham.

It's a good thing Graham, a former basketball player for the University of Miami, knows how to jump.

And jump high.

He taught as all how to perfectly "rebound" as he went up and grabbed Brees' Hail Mary in between multiple San Francisco defenders.

The defenders crumbled to the ground around Graham as he took off running. He decided to give us a present in the form of another devastating stiff arm as he rumbled into the endzone for a 66-yard touchdown.

If only there wasn't still a minute-and-a-half to play, this probably would go down as one of the greatest plays in recent history.

But it was all for naught, as Smith, who apparently has veins made of ice, led the Niners back down the field for the game-winning touchdown.

There were four lead changes in the last three-and-a-half minutes.

Like I said, this is what the NFL playoffs are about.

It doesn't get much better than this game, and even though New Orleans fell short, it doesn't get much better than this play.
