Chris HumphreyJun 1, 2018

Following his surprise return to the WWE on January 2nd, Chris Jericho has been rather silent since that episode of Raw SuperShow. However, the buzz from the fans is that not only will he enter the Royal Rumble, but he will actually win the 2012 event.

Before we see what happens with Jericho and this year’s Rumble, the following slideshow will take a look back at how Jericho has fared in his six appearances in the first stop on the road to WrestleMania.

In his first appearance in the Royal Rumble match, Jericho didn’t have success in his debut, as he entered the match with the No. 15 draw before he was tossed over the top rope by his then-rival for the Intercontinental Championship, Chyna.

After a two-year absence from the Royal Rumble, Jericho entered the 2003 match with the No. 2 draw alongside the greatest performer in Rumble history, Shawn Michaels. Jericho stayed in the match for more than 38 minutes before being eliminated by Test.

2004 Royal Rumble

Following entering the 2003 Royal Rumble with the No. 2 draw the previous year, Jericho was able to get a much better entry number in 2004 as he entered the Rumble with the 25th draw but found himself again eliminated this time by his future tag team partner, the Big Show.
