WWE Raw: How Dolph Ziggler Can Prove Himself Against CM Punk
Dolph Ziggler has come a long way since his days as Nicky on the Spirit Squad.
His above-average wrestling ability has been on full display for quite some time now, and he has really started to get much more comfortable on the microphone.
He has been presented as a legitimate threat to anybody he has wrestled against lately, mainly due to his in-ring ability, and that's a welcome change in the cowardly heel-dominated WWE.

In many ways, Dolph Ziggler has already proven himself to many people, including myself. Even if he wasn't there, I would still watch WWE wrestling, but he's one performer who I really look forward to watching every week. He sells moves better than just about anybody on the WWE roster, is more talented in the ring than most of the roster and seems to really be embracing his new character.
To those of you who still have doubts about Mr. Ziggler though, his current feud with CM Punk will hopefully erase all doubts you may have.
It's no secret that CM Punk is one of the best there is on the microphone, and it's exactly that fact that will erase the doubt that seems to be the greatest in volume that's directed toward Dolph. Sparring verbally with Punk will force Ziggler to step up his game on the mic even more than he already has done. In doing so, he will only get better and more comfortable on the mic.
Unless you're a fan who has been under a rock for quite some time, like him or not, nobody can deny the pure athleticism and wrestling ability that Dolph possesses. He has put on quality matches more often than not in the last year. Pulling double duty at two straight pay-per-views should attest to the faith WWE brass has in his in-ring ability.
CM Punk is another of the best in-ring performers that WWE has as well, if not the best. The matches that these two could put on together should be classics. They already put on a decent match on Raw a couple weeks ago until we got a screwy finish. Having Ziggler face someone that is as hot as Punk is right now, and being booked like a legit contender is just the shot he needs to get him to the next level.
Even if Ziggler comes out on the losing end of this feud, just having him in such a high-profile environment such as the WWE Championship picture will only help his career and hopefully erase the doubt about him deserving to be there that anybody may still have about him.
