WWE Rumors: Chris Jericho, John Cena, Undertaker and Friday's Top WWE News
After a slow start to the year, WWE is going to ramp up the action in the coming weeks to get us ready for the Royal Rumble. We only have two confirmed matches for the show, and only know a few select participants in the Rumble match, though that should change this Monday.
But before we get to that, we have to take a look at all the information that you need to know. And there is going to be a lot to talk about.
We are looking at a surprisingly heavy news day with a lot of news and notes for this year's Royal Rumble and Chris Jericho, John Cena and other items to get you through the weekend.

CHRIS JERICHO, THE NEW RUMBLE FAVORITE
It would appear that once WWE figured out that everyone was predicting Randy Orton to win the Royal Rumble, the creative team is starting to switch things up. The new leader in the clubhouse is Chris Jericho and his electric jacket.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Is Jericho the right man to win the Rumble?
Our Take: Absolutely. The plan all along has been to put him in the ring with CM Punk at WrestleMania, and this is the most obvious avenue for WWE to take to make it happen.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Wrestlers Weeping
If Jericho is going to win the Rumble, WWE is going to have to speed up his heel turn. The fans aren't latching on to the fact they are supposed to root against him, which is making his return less impactful than it should be.

WHERE DOES JOHN CENA GET BOOED?
Cena is the Golden Child of WWE, but there is a very audible section of the fanbase that does not root for him. Thankfully, Arda Ocal has broken down the entire Pro- and Anti-Cena crowds in one map.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Doesn't it seem like there should be more anti-Cena on this map?
Our Take: The Internet Wrestling Community loves to hate on Cena, which makes it easy to forget that there is still a very large collection of fans out there that still like seeing him.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Moves of Doom
If the $106 million in revenue Cena was reported to bring WWE wasn't enough to convince you that he isn't going heel, this should put the icing on the cake.

THE UNDERTAKER'S RETIREMENT TO BE HELD IN TEXAS?
We all know that The Undertaker's career is coming to an end. He is going to work this year's WrestleMania, but beyond that, we don't know anything. There is talk of having WrestleMania 29 in Texas with The Dead Man's retirement to be a big part of the weekend.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Would he be wrestling on the show?
Our Take: I would never say never with Undertaker, but I think that getting to 20-0 would be enough to send him off into that good night. He would then get inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Wrestling Retirements
It will be strange to think about a WWE without The Undertaker. We kind of have that now, because he only works one show per year, but seeing him walk away just a few years after Shawn Michaels would signal the end of a great era in wrestling.

WRESTLEMANIA HEADING TO METLIFE STADIUM?
WWE has made WrestleMania so big that it might have to abandon its usual home of Madison Square Garden when we get to WrestleMania 30. It might be moved to the home of the New York Jets and New York Giants, or it could be a sign that WrestleMania 29 will be held there.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Is that a smart move?
Our Take: Considering that WrestleMania takes place in late-March or early-April and MetLife stadium is outdoors, it has the potential to be a disaster. They are doing WrestleMania outdoors this year, but that is in Miami. New York and its cold weather are not likely to mix well.
Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 PPV Disasters
This is still not confirmed, so anything can happen, but if WWE is really considering this, I hope someone gets in their ear to tell them that this will probably blowup in the face of Vince McMahon.
