We have heard all the rumors and hearsay for months now, and it is finally time for the January transfer window to bring fresh faces to clubs all throughout Europe.

After sorting through all of the ridiculous rumors that surround the January transfer window, there are some rumors that do turn into transfers that can become very successful, just like Liverpool's move for Luis Suarez last year.

These seven rumored moves are not ones that ownership necessarily want to see; they are the moves that the fans would like to see to improve their club or get rid of players causing trouble at their clubs.

Hulk to Chelsea

The reunion of Hulk and manager Andre Villas-Boas has to happen for Chelsea to continue their rebuilding project under the Portuguese manager.

Hulk is too big of a star for the Portuguese League now. He needs a move to a top league, and Chelsea is a perfect situation.

Not only will fans love the talents of the Brazilian, but the midfielder will have a comfort zone with Villas-Boas as manager and fellow Brazilians Ramires and David Luiz at the club.

Gary Cahill to Chelsea

While we are on the topic of Chelsea, another move that should happen is bringing in Gary Cahill from struggling Bolton. 

Cahill would be a welcome addition to the squad, and the move would also benefit Cahill, as his current club are favorites to be relegated this season.

Landon Donovan to Everton Permanently

Yes, Landon Donovan has joined Everton on loan already from the Los Angeles Galaxy, but he proved to be a dominant force in his time at Goodison Park two years ago.

Everton fans have wanted the American at the club permanently since his 2010 loan, and it would be a great challenge for one of the best Americans to play in the Premier League year round.

Unfortuneately, Major League Soccer can be stingy when it comes to selling its stars, and Donovan is one of the faces of the league, so a permanent move to Goodison Park may never happen.

Carlos Tevez out of Manchester City

Carlos Tevez just needs to leave English football for a while.

After causing havoc at West Ham, Manchester United and now Manchester City, Tevez has always been a cancer to each club he has been at.

His deaparture appears to be finally upon us, with both Milan clubs going after the Argentine.

Luis Suarez Leaving Liverpool

Luis Suarez has had his fare share of incidents in his one year at Liverpool and he could be leaving Anfield for Real Madrid.

Suarez has made a huge positive impact on the club, but his actions in the past few months have smeared the reputation of the club, and some fans want nothing to do with the Uruguay international anymore.

Andy Carroll Return to Newcastle

What a story this would be if it happens. Andy Carroll could move back to Newcastle one year after he made a record move to Liverpool.

Carroll has had a tough time getting settled at Anfield, and Newcastle need a striker to replace Demba Ba while he is on international duty at the African Cup of Nations with Senegal.

It is unlikely, but if it does happen, Carroll could find success again at the Sports Direct Arena.

Wesley Sneijder to Manchester United

Manchester United need Wesley Sneijder and they are still trying to lure the Dutchman away from the San Siro to Old Trafford.

Bringing Paul Scholes out of retirement was a move of desperation for United, and they need a midfield maestro like Sneijder regardless of what players they have on the roster. Sneijder is better than all of them.
