WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 Date and Location Revealed on Road to WrestleMania 41

WWE announced Friday that the Elimination Chamber premium live event will take place at Rogers Centre in Toronto on March 1, 2025.

The event will take place one month after the Royal Rumble, and it is believed to be the final PLE before WrestleMania 41, which will occur on April 19 and 20, 2025, in Las Vegas.

This will mark the fourth consecutive year Elimination Chamber has been held outside the United States, as it emanated from Saudi Arabia in 2022, Montreal in 2023 and Perth, Australia, in 2024.

WWE head of creative Triple H commented on the decision to bring Elimination Chamber 2025 north of the border, saying:

"Canada is an amazing place to host our biggest premium live events, with its passionate fans and rich history that spans decades. On the heels of a record-breaking Money in the Bank this past July, we are excited to return to Toronto for an even larger event in 2025."

Toronto has long been a popular destination for WWE's biggest shows, including WrestleMania 6 and WrestleMania X8.

In more recent years, Toronto hosted Survivor Series 2016, SummerSlam 2019 and Money in the Bank 2024.

Whereas those three shows took place in the Toronto Maple Leafs' and Toronto Raptors' Scotiabank Arena, Elimination Chamber will be held on a much larger scale at the Toronto Blue Jays' Rogers Centre.

Rogers Centre can hold over 39,000 fans for a baseball game, and its all-time record for attendance saw over 68,000 fans pack in for WrestleMania X8 in 2002.

Elimination Chamber is typically the last premium live event before WrestleMania, as it has most often been held in February. Elimination Chamber 2025 will take place even later in March, and it figures to have a major impact on the Showcase of the Immortals.

Usually, a men's and women's Elimination Chamber match are part of the show with either a world title or a WrestleMania world title opportunity on the line.

At this year's Elimination Chamber in Australia, Drew McIntyre and Becky Lynch earned title matches at WrestleMania by winning their respective six-person Chamber matches.

By the time Elimination Chamber occurs, it will mark the ninth main roster premium live event held outside the United States since the start of 2024.
