Are you ready for it?
And by it, we mean Taylor Swift being a storyline for another Kansas City Chiefs game.
With the reigning Super Bowl champions set to open their 2024 campaign at home against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, Jenna West, Dianna Russini and Nate Taylor of The Athletic reported the music superstar will be in attendance to root for her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

Seeing Swift in attendance at a Chiefs game will be nothing new for NFL fans, as she was there for a number of contests last season.
One of those games was Kansas City's Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers, which was all the more notable because, as The Athletic noted, she completed a long-distance trip from a Tokyo show to be there to watch Kelce win his third championship.
There won't be nearly as much traveling involved this time, as she is in the middle of a tour break after performing around Europe this past summer. And the tour will pick up once again in North America in October.
Kelce attended some of those shows this summer and even made an on-stage appearance in London.
As for Swift's presence at NFL games, the league has fully embraced it. In fact, she appeared five times in a 28-second video hyping the start of the 2024 campaign:
It remains to be seen whether Chiefs head coach Andy Reid will embrace it enough to include her plays in the game plan. But it's not for a lack of trying on her part, as quarterback Patrick Mahomes told NBC's Chris Simms that Swift "started drawing up plays. We might have to put one in."
Kelce confirmed she drew up some plays.
"She has just been so open to learning the game," Kelce said on The Rich Eisen Show (13:35 mark.) "She didn't know much about the rules and everything. And I think what makes her so good in her profession is that she's so detailed in every aspect of it, from the words to the music to even the releases and the music videos and everything, she's so detailed and a part of it that I think she was just curious about the profession."
Perhaps the Ravens will have to worry about Swift's offense in addition to Reid's.
