
TMZ: Jay Cutler Sells $11M Mansion from Kristin Cavallari Marriage for $7.9M in Cash
Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler sold his Tennessee mansion for $7.9 million on Wednesday, according to TMZ.
Per TMZ, Cutler originally listed the home for $11 million in 2021. He purchased the house in 2018 for $4.23 million along with his former wife, Kristin Cavallari.
The couple were married from 2013 until their divorce in 2020, starring in the reality television series Very Cavallari together.
The house is 10,697 square feet and features seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym, sauna, and a pool house. It was awarded to Cutler as part of his divorce settlement with Cavallari and has remained his primary residence since, via TMZ.
The 41-year-old spent 12 years in the NFL and played for the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and Miami Dolphins. He made a Pro Bowl appearance during his 2008 campaign with the Broncos and finished his career with 35,133 passing yards, 227 touchdowns, and 160 interceptions.
23,443 of his yards through the air occurred as a member of the Bears, putting him No. 1 on the team's all-time passing leaderboard.
