Player to Watch: Deion Sanders
3 of 3
Sanders is one of the best athletes in the history of American sports, excelling on the gridiron as a cornerback and kick-returner, but also having success on the diamond.
In nine MLB seasons with the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds, and San Francisco Giants, the Pro Football Hall of Famer amassed 558 hits, 39 home runs, 168 RBI, and 168 stolen bases.
During his time with the Braves, he famously played simultaneously with the Atlanta Falcons.
Sanders may be 56 years old and the head coach of a major, Division I college football team, but the fiery competitor side has never gone away.
It would not be surprising at all if Neon Deion stole the show and stands out as the most talked-about player in what is traditionally a fun, lighthearted affair.
Owens, Finch, and Martinez bear watching as potential MVP candidates of the game.
