Former NFL CB Buster Skrine Wanted by Police After GPS Monitor Goes Offline
The Durham Regional Police in Ontario, Canada, are searching for former NFL cornerback Buster Skrine.
The police announced Wednesday that Skrine failed to attend a scheduled court appearance on Monday. His GPS monitor then went offline, which prompted the search.
Skrine was arrested in August 2023 at Pearson International Airport for allegedly defrauding multiple banks across Canada. According to the police announcement, he was transferred from an Ontario Correctional Centre to a Saskatchewan Correctional Centre on April 9 of this year to face additional fraud charges.
