Packers 2024 NFL Schedule Released for Jordan Love, Josh Jacobs' Super Bowl Push
It's time for year two of the Jordan Love era.
The Green Bay Packers' signal-caller led the NFC North team to the playoffs in his first season as a starter in 2023 and will look to take the next step with experience under his belt heading into the 2024 campaign.
That next step would be a push toward the Super Bowl, especially with star running back Josh Jacobs joining him in the backfield. Here is a look at the schedule that duo will face.

Analysis
There are far fewer questions surrounding Green Bay starting the 2024 season than there were at the start of the 2023 one.
The storied franchise was facing some uncertainty with the departure of future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers just a year ago. Love was a relative unknown after spending his first three seasons as a backup, especially since there was some inconsistent play during his final college season at Utah State.
All he did was complete 64.2 percent of his passes for 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in the regular season before leading Green Bay to a playoff win over the Dallas Cowboys and a narrow loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Knowing that the 25-year-old Love is a franchise cornerstone allowed the Packers to focus elsewhere this offseason, and they signed Jacobs to add more firepower to an offense that already featured Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs.
Jacobs led the league in rushing in 2022 and will surely have plenty of open running lanes with opposing defenses having to account for Love and the aerial attack.
That offensive attack will face a fairly challenging schedule in 2024.
The Packers face the AFC South, which means games against C.J. Stroud's Houston Texans, Trevor Lawrence's Jacksonville Jaguars and Anthony Richardson's Indianapolis Colts. All three teams finished with a winning record last season and once again have playoff aspirations.
Green Bay also faces a playoff team in the Miami Dolphins and a loaded Philadelphia Eagles squad in Brazil.
There are also the contests against the NFC West, which means matchups with potential playoff contenders in the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.
It is an imposing schedule to say the least, and Love and Co. will be tested throughout the 2024 campaign.
Pivotal Matchups
As is the case with every NFL team, the divisional games will be crucial for Green Bay in 2024.
After all, it is trying to catch the Detroit Lions after they won the NFC North title last season. What's more, the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings are loaded with offensive weapons but starting new eras with rookie quarterbacks in Caleb Williams and J.J. McCarthy.
The Packers will have the opportunity to set the tone in the early going against Williams and McCarthy with some head-to-head wins.
Green Bay also has aspirations beyond just the division, meaning the games against the Eagles and 49ers stand out.
Those are both measuring-stick contests against the teams that represented the NFC in the last two Super Bowls. Picking up head-to-head wins in the regular season would go a long way toward tiebreakers, seeding and home-field advantage come playoff time.
If the Packers can find a way to win those games and handle business against their division, they should be a factor in the race for the top seeds in the NFC and a possible Super Bowl run.
