Updated 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber Card and Predictions for Match Order

Mike ChiariFeb 22, 2024

For the first time since 2018, a WWE premium live event will take place in Australia in the form of Elimination Chamber on Saturday

Elimination Chamber is the final PLE before WrestleMania 40 in April, which means the results of the card will have a significant impact on how the WrestleMania card takes shape.

The focus will be on the men's and women's Elimination Chamber matches, with the men's winner challenging Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania, and the women's winner vying for the Women's World Championship on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Arguably the most exciting match on the card for those in attendance will be when women's world champion and Australia's own Rhea Ripley puts her women's world title on the line against Nia Jax.

Top Elimination Chamber Matches to Watch

Drew McIntyre vs. Randy Orton vs. Bobby Lashley vs. LA Knight vs. Kevin Owens vs. Logan Paul

The men's Elimination Chamber match could determine the main event of Night 1 of WrestleMania, as the winner will go up against Rollins with the World Heavyweight Championship hanging in the balance.

In terms of overall talent and accomplishments, this year's men's Chamber is among the most stacked in recent memories, as it features four former world champions in McIntyre, Orton, Lashley and Owens, the reigning United States champion in Paul and one of the hottest stars in the business in Knight.

Given his presentation as the top heel on Raw and a thorn in the side of Rollins, Cody Rhodes and CM Punk, McIntyre stands out as the favorite to win the Chamber.

The Scottish Warrior fell just short in a couple of previous title opportunities against Rollins, but he would be in great position to beat Rollins at WrestleMania, as Rollins has been hampered by a knee injury.

While McIntyre winning the Chamber match seems to be the most likely possibility, none of the other participants can be counted out since they all have enough star power to vie for the world title at the Showcase of the Immortals.

Regardless of who wins, the men's Chamber has a chance to be a special match, and one that will be talked about in Elimination Chamber lore for many years to come.

Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Naomi vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Raquel Rodriguez

The winner of the star-studded women's Elimination Chamber match will move on to WrestleMania where they will face the winner of Ripley vs. Jax for the Women's World Championship.

WWE first had a women's Elimination Chamber match in 2018, and it is fair to say that the 2024 edition can compete with any of them in terms of the talent involved in their athletic capabilities.

Lynch and Belair are already widely regarded as two of the all-time greats with multiple women's title reigns and a WrestleMania main event apiece to their credit, but the stacked nature of the match doesn't end there.

Naomi is a two-time women's champion, Morgan has held a women's title once, and both Stratton and Rodriguez are former NXT women's champions.

In addition to allowing veterans who have already reached the top of the mountain to shine, the women's Chamber match could be huge for Superstars like Stratton and Rodriguez, who are looking to truly break through on the main roster.

Lynch is the likeliest candidate to win due to her recent interactions with Ripley, and if that happens, it could set the stage for an epic staredown between them in Perth.

Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax

Ripley vs. Jax is a match that would likely be entertaining anywhere in the world since they are two of the strongest, most dominant stars in the women's division, but it will be extra special at Elimination Chamber.

Mami has established herself as one of WWE's biggest stars, and that simply means she will undoubtedly receive a hero's welcome when she arrives in her home country of Australia for Saturday's event.

Over the past several weeks, Jax has been running roughshod over the women's division and calling out Ripley, which has not sat well with Rhea given her desire to run the division.

Jax is the last obstacle standing between Ripley and WrestleMania, and if Rhea wins as expected, she will put her title on the line against the winner of the Elimination Chamber match on the Grandest Stage of Them All.

Although Ripley vs. Jax probably won't be a technical masterclass, they have shown good chemistry, and Nia has vastly improved compared to where she was during her first WWE stint.

The atmosphere for the match promises to be special, and that alone should make it a must-see affair.
