Lions vs Saints: 3 Players in the Spotlight in Wild Card Game
There is so much offensive talent in the New Orleans Saints-Detroit Lions Wild-Card matchup on Saturday, I don't know what to do with myself.
While I respect an old-school, defensive battle where touchdowns are precious, shootouts have become the most captivating type of game for me.
We're bound to get one of those highly-entertaining contests in the Superdome this weekend.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Who are three guys in the spotlight?
Brees is the single-season passing yards leader, and no quarterback is playing better than him right now.
In the Saints' 31-17 win over the Lions in Week 13, Brees threw for 342 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.
He's undefeated at home this season and has a ridiculous 29 touchdown tosses and six picks on the Superdome turf.
How many passing yards and touchdowns can he rack up?
That's why I watch him.
It's really unbelievable that Stafford is flying under the radar after throwing for more than 5,000 yards with 41 touchdowns this year.
That's what happens in today's NFL with Brees, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.
The third-year pro has emerged as one of the most dangerous downfield passers in the league and exudes confidence.
He has 14 touchdowns and two interceptions in his last four and went for 408 in the regular season loss to New Orleans.
As the underdog, the highly skilled Stafford is undoubtedly in the spotlight.
Calvin Johnson
While Brees loves to distribute the ball to all of his receivers almost equally, Calvin Johnson is certainly Stafford's favorite and most dynamic target.
It makes sense.
Johnson is too big, too fast and too physical for any cornerback in football.
He led the NFL with 1,681 receiving yards and 16 touchdown catches.
In order for Detroit to spring the upset, Megatron must have a monster game.
Keep an eye on Johnson.
At 6'5'', it's hard to miss him.
