Eagles vs. Seahawks Picks, Lineup Tips for DraftKings Daily Fantasy for MNF

The passing offenses of the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks have the potential to feast on Monday night.

The Eagles and Seahawks each possess bottom 10 passing defenses. The Eagles allowed the sixth-most passing yards in the NFL, while the Seahawks conceded the ninth-most yards through the air.

A.J. Brown and DK Metcalf would be expected by many daily fantasy football players to be the top beneficiaries of the wretched secondary play.

The success of any wide receivers could be determined by the health of both quarterbacks. Jalen Hurts was downgraded to questionable on Sunday with an illness, while Geno Smith is questionable with a groin injury.

Seattle is better off in the ground attack, but the split between Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet may wreak havoc on your DFS thought process.

A bulk of the production on both sides come from the most notable offensive names, so finding a value play will be difficult, but if you can find the right one, it could turn out to be very beneficial.

The Brown-Metcalf show could take over Monday Night Football.

The two No. 1 wide receivers have favorable matchups, and as former Ole Miss teammates, they could be motivated to one-up each other.

Brown faces a Seattle defense that allowed three 100-yard performances to Brandon Aiyuk, CeeDee Lamb and Deebo Samuel in the last two games.

Metcalf is going up against a Philadelphia defense that allows the second-most receiving yards to opposing wide receivers.

Brown had 17 catches on 26 targets in the last two weeks alone, while Metcalf recorded over 90 yards in three of his last five appearances.

The pair of top wide outs carry the highest non-quarterback salaries in DraftKings contests for Monday night's game.

You could pair the two together, with their respective quarterbacks, or use one as a foundation of your lineup as the captain. You have to make sure at least one of those players in your lineup because of the favorable pass-game matchups.

Trust Seattle's Running Backs More

D'Andre Swift owns more rushing yards this season than Walker and Charbonnet, but Seattle's duo is more trustworthy from a DFS perspective.

Swift has 52 yards on 17 carries in the last two weeks, and even if the Eagles emphasize the rushing attack more, he could lose out on carries to Hurts and Kenneth Gainwell.

Walker and Charbonnet combined for 65 yards last week in their first game together in a month.

The Seattle duo each ran for over 40 yards in their previous full strength game together versus the Washington Commanders on November 12.

Walker should have more snaps than Charbonnet, but Charbonnet may be an important DFS roster piece on Monday.

At a $4,000 salary, Charbonnet could be a strong depth piece, especially if he is used in the passing game. He has 25 receptions on 30 targets this season and hauled in four catches in three of his last five games.

The Eagles could flip their offensive script and give Swift a heavy dose of carries, but for some DFS players, they would rather see that before believing in the Eagles' top ball carrier again.

Look to No. 3 Wide Receivers for Value Plays

Olamide Zaccheaus and Jaxon Smith-Njigba probably will not lead their respective teams in receiving yards, but their contributions could be vital to pushing your DFS lineup up the leaderboard.

Zaccheaus only has one reception in each of his last two games, but he had 57 yards on those catches.

One 20-plus-yard reception could make a world of difference at the back end of your lineup, especially if the stars on both sides dominate the offensive touches.

Smith-Njigba had 11 catches on 18 targets in the last two weeks, and he could be vital opposite Metcalf for whomever starts at quarterback for Seattle.

Smith-Njigba has a greater potential to put up a huge DFS point total because of his season-long usage, but both players should be considered at low salaries to build out lineups that will likely feature multiple superstars.
