Week 11 DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Picks, Lineup Tips for Sunday

Erin WalshNov 19, 2023

We are entering the latter stages of the 2023 NFL season, and while there are a couple of big primetime matchups on tap for Week 11, the Sunday slate also presents some intriguing games.

However, just two of the 10 matchups feature both teams at .500 or better.

The 6-3 Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the 6-3 Cleveland Browns in a key AFC North rivalry matchup and the 6-3 Miami Dolphins will host the 5-5 Las Vegas Raiders with the opportunity to extend their lead over the AFC East.

Some other intriguing matchups include a battle between the 4-5 Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 6-3 San Francisco 49ers and the 4-5 New York Jets and 5-5 Buffalo Bills.

Sunday's slate still brings with it some great fantasy football potential via DraftKings, so here's a look at the matchups from a position-by-position perspective, including everything from quarterback to special teams.

Quarterback

Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud ($7,000)

C.J. Stroud and the 5-4 Houston Texans will host Kyler Murray and the 2-8 Arizona Cardinals. Stroud has been the best rookie quarterback in the NFL this year and he has the Texans averaging 274.3 passing yards per game, which is the second-best mark in the league. With the Cards having struggled even in Murray's return in a 25-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 12, Stroud figures to have another solid game.

Detroit Lions QB Jared Goff ($6,600)

Jared Goff and the 7-2 Detroit Lions are facing the 3-7 Bears for the first time this season, and there's little doubt the veteran quarterback and his offense will carve up a Chicago defense that is allowing 248.2 passing yards per game.

Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love ($5,600)

Jordan Love and the 3-6 Green Bay Packers have struggled this season, but they are going up against the 4-5 Los Angeles Chargers, which have the worst passing defense in the NFL, allowing 291.2 yards per game. Additionally, L.A. is allowing 23.9 points per game.

Washington Commanders QB Sam Howell ($6,300)

Sam Howell and the 4-6 Washington Commanders are going up against an abysmal 2-8 New York Giants squad that has seemingly lost any intention of being competitive following Daniel Jones' season-ending injury. Howell has also played well over his last three games, throwing for 1,034 yards against eight touchdowns against two interceptions.

Running Back

Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert ($6,900)

Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert is on pace for the best season of his career, and he has shown no signs of slowing down ahead of a matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, which are allowing 135.6 rushing yards per game this year. Mostert has 11 rushing touchdowns on the year, and he's bound to add at least one more when the Raiders come to South Beach.

Seattle Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker III ($6,700)

After a brilliant rookie season, Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is on pace for an equally impressive sophomore campaign. While he hasn't rushed for a touchdown since Oct. 15, the 23-year-old is overdue to score on Sunday against a Los Angeles Rams defense that allows 122.8 rushing yards and 22.7 points per game.

Dallas Cowboys RB Tony Pollard ($6,600)

For the amount of work Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard should see on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, this feels like a solid price. The Panthers are allowing 131.9 rushing yards per game and are also allowing the third-most points in the NFL (26.9).

Cleveland Browns RB Kareem Hunt ($4,900)

Cleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt could be a solid option on the budget end. He's going up against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense allowing 131.2 rushing yards per game and he has also scored a touchdown in five straight games. Additionally, the team's ground game should see more work after Deshaun Watson was ruled out for the season with a shoulder injury.

Wide Receiver

Los Angeles Chargers WR Keenan Allen ($9,000)

The connection between Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and wide receiver Keenan Allen is one of the best in the NFL. Allen is averaging 23.8 fantasy points per game, and he should continue rolling on Sunday against the Packers despite nursing an AC joint sprain.

Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown ($8,800)

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is one of the hottest players in the NFL right now and he enters Sunday's matchup against the Bears having posted four consecutive games with 100-plus receiving yards. He has also recorded 100-plus receiving yards in six of his last seven games.

San Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk ($7,200)

San Francisco 49ers star Brandon Aiyuk has become one of Brock Purdy's main targets this season, and that should only continue on Sunday against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that is allowing the second-most passing yards per game (266.9).

Tennessee Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins ($6,100)

Since the Tennessee Titans made the switch from Ryan Tannehill to rookie Will Levis at quarterback, DeAndre Hopkins has caught 11 passes for 215 yards and three touchdowns in three games. While Hopkins has cooled off over the last two weeks, he could put together a strong game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, which are allowing 266.8 passing yards per game.

Tight End

Detroit Lions TE Sam LaPorta ($5,800)

Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has been one of the best rookies in the NFL this year, and he figures to be a key player in Sunday's rivalry matchup against the Bears. Chicago is also allowing nearly nine fantasy points to tight ends this year, so LaPorta could be a good option.

Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid ($4,900)

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid is having a solid rookie season, and after a loss to the Denver Broncos, the team needs to get more creative on Sunday against the New York Jets. If Kincaid gets a little more involved in the offense, that should bode well for his fantasy performance.

Jacksonville Jaguars TE Evan Engram ($4,300)

Jaguars tight end Evan Engram has become one of Trevor Lawrence's most reliable targets, and after catching just four passes for 12 yards in a loss to the 49ers last weekend, he's bound to bounce back against a subpar Titans secondary on Sunday.

Washington Commanders TE Logan Thomas ($3,700)

Commanders' Logan Thomas is the only tight end averaging 10 fantasy points per game this season that has a salary under $4,000. With the way Howell is slinging the football, he's worth the gamble at this price as he has caught 15 passes for 115 yards and one touchdown over the last three games.

Defense/Special Teams

Dallas Cowboys ($4,100)

When the Cowboys are playing, selecting their defense/special teams should always be a consideration. They boast one of the best defenses in the NFL and with the Panthers already struggling on offense, picking the defense of America's Team is a no-brainer. Carolina is averaging just 17 points per game and quarterback Bryce Young has tossed seven interceptions this year. That said, the Dallas defense should have a field day.

San Francisco 49ers ($3,900)

The addition of Chase Young from the Washington Commanders has made the San Francisco defense even better, and now the 49ers will face a Buccaneers squad that has lost three of its last four games while struggling to put points on the board.

Cleveland Browns ($3,700)

The Browns also have one of the best defenses in the NFL headlined by Myles Garrett. They're going up against one of the NFL's worst and most inefficient offenses in the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. At this price, it's hard to argue against picking Cleveland's defense on Sunday.

New York Jets ($2,600)

The New York Jets defense should not be overlooked this weekend against Buffalo. Bills quarterback Josh Allen has thrown at least one interception in each of his last six games, and he threw three interceptions against Gang Green in Week 1. With Allen struggling of late, the Jets defense at this value is a great selection.
