Tim Tebow Video: Watch Campaign Ad Compare Michele Bachmann to Tim Terrific

We should all strive to be like Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. He's living the dream all of us want to live as an NFL football player, and he's a paragon of virtue both on and off the field.

And besides, all Tebow does is win, much to the chagrin of all his haters.

Apparently, this means he has a lot in common with Michele Bachmann, a controversial Republican who would very much like to be the President of the United States someday.

I wish I was making this up, but I'm not. There's a new Bachmann campaign ad out, and it urges you to support Bachmann because of the great job she's doing fighting the good fight.

You know, just like Tim Tebow. The haters would like nothing more than to see Tebow fail in the NFL, but he hasn't yet. Similarly, the haters would like nothing more than to see Bachmann just plain fade away, but she hasn't yet.

"Maybe they're so invested in [Tebow's] failure because he makes them all feel guilty," says the guy in video.

"He doesn't drink, smoke, cuss or even kick his opponents when they're on the ground. He has no baggage and, oh yeah, he's a born-again Christian.

"Well, the same could be said of Michele Bachmann."

Ah yes, makes total sense. People love to hate Tim Tebow because he's better than everyone, and people love to hate Bachmann because she's better than everyone, too.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with all the confounding things she's said.
