Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Luckily for them, I cannot hit them over the head with my weighted purse and beat them to the glory of the Jericho news.
As of this moment, I am still not sure what I just saw.
Was this Jericho a heel or a babyface?
My inclination was he teased babyface and will be a heel. We have to ask ourselves, "does the Raw brand need another top babyface?" From all appearances it looks like Cena, Punk, Ryder, and a few others have the babyface market cornered for the time being.
What Raw does lack is really good heels.
The Miz is a decent heel, but really he is only upper-midcard material for now.
Kane is a monster heel. However, he is too busy trying to get Cena to "embrace the hate" to really be an all around factor on Raw.
Wade Barrett is similar to the Miz in that he can barrage the midcard all he wants—he just is not ready for the big dance quite yet.
Ziggler lacks a big enough personality to get over as a heel and draw heat enough to start riots.
The only option left for a heel that can really liven up Raw is Jericho.
Y2J can be our savior by saving us from CM Punk going stale. When it comes to the best in the world, there can be only one. CM Punk has not had a challenger that he can work a program with. If he did, it would pay dividends.
Jericho is the one person in the WWE that CM Punk could work with right now that would blow down the house on a consistent basis.
If not CM Punk, who do you guys and gals think Jericho should be paired up with?
