WWE Raw Preview: Ziggler/Punk, 'It Begins 2012,' Brodus Clay, Kane/Cena and More
There is a lot of hype going into tonight's Raw for several different reasons. The returning superstar behind the "It Begins" videos will be revealed, Ziggler will face CM Punk for the WWE title and we were promised yet again that Brodus Clay will debut.
We also have the possibility of seeing US Champion Zack Ryder in action, Triple H and Kevin Nash could continue their power strugle and there is always the chance that John Cena and Kane will continue their feud as well.
Ziggler facing Punk for the title will no doubt be the match of the night. These two have great chemistry in the ring and this match will no doubt be a clinic in pro wrestling.

There is little chance Ziggler will come away with the title unless WWE wants to swerve us right away in 2012 to start the year off on an unpredictable note. I would not mind seeing Ziggler win the belt, but it is unlikely given Punk's push.
We are also hoping for Brodus Clay to finally make his debut on Raw after months of delays and put-offs by WWE.
It seemed like we would see Clay when John Morrison was making his exit from the company, but he made the mistake of spilling the beans on Twitter and Miz was the person who took Morrison out of commission on WWE television.
It will be interesting to see who WWE puts in front of Clay. He has faced plenty of jobbers and low-card wrestlers on WWE Superstars but now he is on Raw and after this slow burn debut, he needs to make an impact against someone who matters.
Seeing Clay take out someone like Cena, Punk or Zack Ryder would instantly make him a threat to the whole roster.
There will also be an answer to the mysterious videos WWE has been airing for weeks hyping the return of someone to WWE.
Many have speculated that it is either Chris Jericho or Undertaker who is behind these cryptic videos, but it is still up in the air as to who is the definite answer.
R-Truth made his return to Raw by attacking former partner The Miz, making him a face in the process. It will most likely be a continued feud through the next few months.
Truth is coming off of his most successful run as a heel in WWE, having a months suspension did not seem to derail the plans of pushing Truth for the time being.
There is a good chance we will see a match pitting two of WWE's three main tag teams; Air Boom, The Usos and Epico and Primo.
Cena and Kane will no doubt continue their program tonight as well. Kane seems to want Cena to become a heel with him, but Cena is not tempted easily.
Raw has quite a bit of possibilities tonight and the first show of the new year is shaping up to be pretty good.
What are you most looking forward to tonight on Raw?
