Should Tom Brady Consider Signing with Dolphins, Raiders amid Latest NFL Rumors?
On Monday night, Tom Brady begins his quest for an eighth Super Bowl championship when he leads out the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their NFC Wild Card Round matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Bucs went 8-9 during the regular season, so it would be a bit of a surprise if they end up winning the title, but the 45-year-old can never be counted out in the playoffs.
At some point, though, the veteran quarterback's 2022 season will be over. And he'll then have to decide what to do for the following year. Should he retire, something he did briefly last offseason? Should he return to Tampa Bay?

Or could he sign with a different team? Brady is set to be an unrestricted free agent this upcoming offseason, so he can go wherever he'd like.
Even though Brady and the Buccaneers have yet to play their first game of the postseason, rumors are already swirling about the future Hall of Famer's next move.
Could he reunite with former New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who is now head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders?
After parting ways with Derek Carr, the Raiders are in the market for a new signal-caller and signing Brady is something they would consider, according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated.
"I can tell you unequivocally, this is a fact, the Raiders are looking into it," Breer told The Dan Patrick Show. "The Raiders are looking into going and acquiring Tom Brady. Now I'm not saying they're contacting him, because that's not allowed. But, yes, this is something that the Raiders are doing their research on."
Brady spent the first 20 of his 23 NFL seasons with the Patriots. Maybe he'd consider going back to the AFC East, but with a different team.
According to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, the possibility of the seven-time Super Bowl winner signing with the Miami Dolphins is "definitely on the table." There had been reports of the Dolphins trying to land him in 2020, before he signed with Tampa Bay.
If Miami brings in Brady, it's "unclear" what it would then do with Tua Tagovailoa, per Florio.
Las Vegas or Miami would be a good fit for Brady, who could elevate either franchise to being a top Super Bowl contender for the 2023 season.
The Raiders' offense has playmakers such as wide receiver Davante Adams, running back Josh Jacobs and tight end Darren Waller. Plus, Brady had a lot of success working with McDaniels, who was an assistant in New England from 2001-08 and again from 2012-21.
The Dolphins have plenty of stars on offense, too, including top wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle and running backs Jeff Wilson Jr. and Raheem Mostert. They would just need to decide whether it's time to move on from Tagovailoa, who has been dealing with concussion issues this season but has thrived when he's been on the field.
Brady has proved he can still work at a high level. While playing all 17 games during the regular season, he passed for 4,694 yards, 25 yards and nine interceptions. His time with the Bucs has also been successful, considering he led them to a Super Bowl title in the 2020 season.
With Tampa Bay struggling a bit in 2022, though, it may benefit the three-time NFL MVP to go somewhere new and try to lead another franchise to a championship.
If the Dolphins are open to moving on from Tagovailoa, then Brady should go there. Miami is already a playoff-quality team and has a plethora of talented players on both sides of the ball.
Las Vegas is a good landing spot, too. And Brady could well lead the Raiders to success as well.
One thing is for sure: Even though Brady will be 46 next season, nobody is questioning whether he still has it or not. So, he should choose the best interested team and gear up for another year in the NFL.
