LeBron James Engaged: King James Proposing to His Queen Will Do Wonders for Heat

LeBron James decided to ring in the new year by proposing to his girlfriend and the mother of his two children, Savannah Brinson, according to TMZ.

It's a move that will have some worried that James' full focus won't be on basketball, but in reality, it will likely have an opposite effect.

The two have been together since high school and proposing and settling down a bit off the court will do wonders for him on the court.

LeBron looks like a completely different person than he was last year. He's not LeBron James, villain, your worst nightmare.

He's having fun doing what he loves and tying the knot with the woman who has been by his side off the court is ideal.

He's finally getting back to the guy we saw back in high school. The talent is there, he's surrounded by elite players who can help him win a championship and he's finally back to just playing basketball.

Settling down and taking himself off the market lets him concentrate on being a family man and NBA superstar. The less nonsense he's got swirling around him, the better.

Now he can finally get cracking on those "multiple championships" we were promised.
