AEW Dynamite Live Updates, Results and Highlights From July 15

We returned to see Mercedes controlling the pace against Maya. She fought out of the heels' corner and made the tag to a fresh Willow.

The Babe With the Power hit Bayne with a series of high-impact moves, including a spinebuster for a two-count.

Maya and Mercedes ended up back in the ring, trading pinfall attempts. Hyan and Lena tagged in and had a nice sequence. Kross and Bayne almost won the match, but Willow made the save.

The CEO came in and hit the Moneymaker on Hyan to get the win for her team.

WINNERS: MERCEDES AND DIVINE DOMINION

The main event didn't start until after the show should have ended. Hyan, Maya and Willow took on Mercedes, Lena Kross and Megan Bayne to close the show.

The crowd popped big for Willow. She and Mercedes started for their teams, but The CEO tagged in Bayne, who then tagged in Kross. Willow did the same, so all six women had a standoff and started brawling.

Hyan and Maya had the tag champs reeling. Willow tagged back in, but she was immediately slammed into the mat. Kross seemed to have her number until Willow hit an enziguiri.

The babyfaces triple-teamed Lena to maintain control.

Commercial Break

We returned right as Allin began making his comeback. He hit a Coffin Drop from the top rope to the floor, but he took almost as much damage from the move as Cage.

The Machine picked up Allin and threw him off the ramp so that his head hit the ring post. It was a brutal spot that looked genuinely dangerous.

Darby recovered and hit another Coffin Drop while Cage was on top of the steel steps. He hit two more when Cage rolled into the ring to get the win.

WINNER: DARBY ALLIN

The Don Callis Family continued to have a huge presence on this episode when Brian Cage took on Darby Allin.

Allin sent him out of the ring, but when he tried a suicide dive, he bounced right off The Machine, almost as if it were a cartoon.

Cage dominated Allin for a while. He hit a suplex onto the ramp next to the ring and an F5 in the ring.

Commercial Break

Renee brought out Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor for an interview. There wasn't much to this. They basically said they like Boston because everyone there likes to drink and fight like them.

Chris Jericho challenged Tommaso Ciampa to a match at Redemption, and he is bringing back the Painmaker gimmick for it. Ciampa immediately responded from backstage to accept the challenge.

We returned to see Komander trying to fight back while Fletcher taunted him. He told Komander to bring it and ate every strike he dished out like it was nothing.

It took a superkick to finally take the champion off his feet, but he didn't stay down for long. The masked man started building up a head of steam and hit a beautiful diving hurricanrana from the top rope to the floor.

The challenger was tripped on the top rope, but he landed on his feet and recovered with a destroyer for a close two-count.

After a heated back-and-forth, Fletcher hit his signature brainbuster for the pin.

WINNER: KYLE FLETCHER

When Fletcher tried to take Komander's mask, Konosuke Takeshita ran down to make the save. He drilled his former friend before Kazuchika Okada arrived to do the same thing to him.

Bandido and Brody King came out and took out Okada and Fletcher to end the segment on a high note.

Kyle Fletcher put out an open challenge for the TBS title that was answered by Komander. Before the champion went to the ring, he had a run-in with Brodido backstage.

The high-flyer tried to stick and move with a couple of kicks before they started picking up the pace. Fletcher was low-bridged out of the ring, but he caught Komander jumping off the apron and hit him with a running boot.

Komander managed to make a comeback with some of his high-flying offense, including his patented run across the top rope into a dive from the top rope to the floor.

Commercial Break

Bandido and Brody King took on Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto in a random tag match. Solo tagged out to Big Nick before anything happened.

Both men went for a press slam, but Bandido was the one who connected. King tagged in and dropped Bandido onto Comoroto, but Solo saved his partner from the pin.

Brodido maintained control and hit some fun double-team spots on both opponents. Bandido pinned both men at the same time with a frog splash.

WINNERS: BRODIDO

Omega came out for his celebration, and he was immediately joined by The Young Bucks, who had a belt to replace the Triple B from MJF.

Kenny said the thing that made the difference in his winning the title was everyone believing in him.

He talked about facing Will Ospreay at Wembley Stadium, which brought Billy Goat out to respond. He congratulated Omega on beating MJF for the title.

Ospreay put over Omega as the Best Bout Machine, but he made no secret of his plans to take the title at Wembley. They were about to shake hands when Kevin Knight arrived.

He reminded Omega that he is owed a world title shot and he is there to collect. Kenny said MJF made him that promise, not him.

Omega said he used to be like Knight and believed in Don Callis' BS. He encouraged The Jet to believe in himself instead.

Omega said if he is given a title shot at Redemption, he wants to face The Jet, not Don's lapdog. Knight put him down with a big right hand and then escaped before Ospreay could catch him.

Darby Allin came out of nowhere to attack Knight, but Brian Cage was there to break it up with the rest of the Callis Family.

The Death Riders came out to back up Ospreay, which seemed to make Kenny noticeably uncomfortable.

After the break, Kenny Omega is set to hold a championship celebration.

We returned to see Doyle and El Idolo trading shots in the middle of the ring. Doyle hit three shoulder tackles before Andrade hit a jumping kick to bring them both down.

It seemed like Doyle had an answer for everything El Idolo tried, but he couldn't counter the moonsault Andrade hit at ringside.

The big man hit a powerbomb for a two-count, and El Idolo responded with the Three Amigos for his own near-fall.

Doyle and Andrade both had several close calls before El Idolo hit his finisher to get the win in a fun match.

WINNER: ANDRADE EL IDOLO

Andrade came out for his match against Doyle, and he was flanked by two beautiful women. As soon as the bell rang, Doyle sent El Idolo out of the ring with a running shoulder tackle.

The powerhouse had Andrade on defense for a long time. El Ídolo hit a big boot followed by a hurricanrana to take control. He hit another one from the apron to the floor before taking a selfie with a fan.

Doyle tripped him on the top rope. He then forced Andrade out of the ring and hit a chokeslam on the apron.

The Demand and Lethal Swirl attacked The Conglomeration backstage. Ricochet teased them joining The Demand. Back in the arena, Jake Doyle made his way to the ring.

A video package aired for Andrade El Idolo before he gave a quick interview with Renee Paquette backstage. He revealed he is in possession of MJF's Dynamite Diamond Ring.

We returned from the break to see Copeland being double-teamed by Garcia and Yuta. Cope hit a desperate powerslam to create some space.

Cage got the hot tag and took it to both opponents. He dropped Yuta with a reverse DDT for a two-count, and then he choked him against the middle rope.

Yuta and Garcia attempted a double-team, but the champions countered. Garcia tripped Cage on the ropes so he and Yuta could take turns hitting running forearms.

Cage hit a low blow to Garcia while the ref was distracted, and then he propelled Yuta into a Spear from Copeland to give them the win.

WINNERS: CHRISTIAN CAGE AND ADAM COPELAND

The Young Bucks were shown cheering from the crowd. Copeland acknowledged them with a look, so that might be the next big tag team feud.

After the match, Claudio Castagnoli and The Dogs attacked Cope and Cage. The Bang Bang Gang came out to make the save.

Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia had a big opportunity when they challenged Cage and Cope for the AEW men's tag titles in the opening contest.

The crowd chanted some profanities at Yuta as he started the match against Copeland. Yuta tagged in Garcia after coming up short against Cope.

Cage came in and locked up with Garcia, who Christian mocked by teasing his old dance. After Copeland tagged back in, Yuta trapped him in the ring skirt so he and Garcia could beat him down.

Jon Moxley was shown talking to Will Ospreay backstage about the next steps he needs to take to win the world title. Back in the arena, Adam Copeland and Christian Cage came out to defend their tag titles against The Death Riders.
