The No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide and No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs are set to face off in the 2018 CFB National Championship on Monday night at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The Crimson Tide are in search of their fifth national title under head coach Nick Saban, who can personally tie Paul "Bear" Bryant for most titles won by a single coach with a victory. The Bulldogs are searching for their first national title since 1980. The SEC rivals have not met since October 3, 2015. This will be the first time Saban faces former assistant and Georgia head coach Kirby Smart. Saban is 11-0 all-time against his former assistants.
