Senior Coordinator, Business Operations

The Senior Coordinator is part of the Business Operations team and works closely with the Senior Manager to develop strategic goals and communicate them to managers and teams responsible for planning and execution. The Senior Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the business -- from strategy to execution to organizational alignment, ensuring initiatives ladder up to company goals and departments are collaborating effectively.

Success will require organization and flexibility, along with a strong understanding of Bleacher Report’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Building & Maintenance 

  • Support the execution of Business Operations and department initiatives

  • Work closely with the Business Operations Senior Manager who is responsible for being a consultant to the processes in place

  • Temperature check the effectiveness, and communicate progress and potential challenges

  • Support the development of scalable, efficient, and effective workflows and communication processes

  • Project management of various initiatives that impact multiple departments within the business

  • Identify areas of inconsistency or inefficiency and propose steps to solve

  • Maintain regular touchpoints and interactions with all content teams to ensure processes and communication flows operate as they’re designed to, optimizing for efficiency as needed

  • Foster and maintain a culture of accountability and forward progress, setting a positive example for other leaders to follow across the organization

Internal Programs & Events

  • Assist with the logistical coordination responsibilities in support of Business Operations/department-specific initiatives

  • Create timelines for presentation materials, coordinate internally to track delivery status, communicate status to stakeholders, and manage final assets

Company Goal Setting 

  • Work with the Business Operations team to communicate strategic goals and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3 years of relevant experience in operations

  • Highly organized and comfortable with creating structure and workflows

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, relationship-focused

  • Demonstrated ability to execute items quickly, work under pressure, and handle time-sensitive items

  • Goal-oriented thinking; demonstrated ability to execute projects successfully

Senior Research Manager

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Serve as client-facing expert on research capabilities and oversee the execution of all research studies 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on brand studies, having a clear POV on the best option for each client
  • Consistently evaluate vendors and methodologies in the marketplace to ensure we’re adequately positioned to prove the value of advertiser spends
  • Maintain a presentation providing the sales team with an overview of our brand study offerings and keep the presentation updated
  • Build a repository of case studies to leverage for client pitches
  • Serve as the POC with the sales team and guide them through the study process
  • Serve as the POC with the client and the research vendor and maintain clear communication with all internal + external teams throughout the brand study process
  • Coordinate with sales, the client, the vendor and ad operations the proper and timely implementation of all tagging and SDKs as required for the success of each study
  • Implement best practices in terms of study and survey design while ensuring all stakeholders have an opportunity for input
  • Monitor study results to ensure they’re in line with client expectations
  • Interpret results and assist in integrating findings into the larger campaign recap, providing a clear understanding of the value added from the partnership
  • Create a system to tracking pending, live, and closed studies
  • Manage invoicing, with focus on pacing towards budget 
  • Provide monthly updates to senior leadership about study activity, pacing towards budget, and performance
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute ad hoc consumer research studies
  • Have a clear understanding of the best way to execute these studies (i.e. vendor vetting, sample selection, survey design, methodological practice)
  • Oversee an Analyst/Sr. Analyst and ensure that they’re well-positioned to assume the day-to-day management of study execution

Experience Needed:

  • Prior Work Experience (Minimum experience requirement, Desirable Skills) 
  • Must have at least 5-7 years of work experience
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a primary research role
  • Must have experience executing qualitative + quantitative studies
  • Previous brand study execution experience strongly preferred
  • Previous foot traffic and attribution study experience strongly preferred (i.e. Placed, Foursquare)
  • Must be familiar with a number of study vendors
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Background in statistical analysis a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Communications or other relevant field
  • Client facing experience required, specifically as the lead POC for research studies
  • College degree required

Interactive Designer, Revenue Strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Bleacher Report is hiring an Interactive Designer for our Revenue Strategy team, who will work cross-functionally to create and execute design-centric needs for various advertising campaigns. This role will field requests from the sales and will work with Client Services to deliver consistent visual branding/identity across programs.

Manager, Revenue Product & Technology

The Manager, Revenue Product & Technology will be responsible for executing B/R's strategic vision through an evolving suite of ad products and revenue streams on its O&O and off-site channels from a technical angle, within the brand’s guardrails. Reports to the Director, Revenue Product & Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry trends and practical knowledge of ad serving technology to implement technical solutions that drive revenue

  • Gather business and technical requirements for new products 

  • Create an initial implementation, launch, and post-launch plan

  • Partner with internal clients and vendors, facilitating communications between developers and the business, including open issues, project prioritization, issue resolutions, and feature requests

  • Partner with a team of product managers and business operators to implement scalable app and web ad products

  • Work closely with engineers to write revenue tickets and QA newly developed revenue features

  • Support the Director, Revenue Product & Technology in managing advertising platform architecture and configuration to ensure compliance with WarnerMedia corporate standards and business unit needs

  • Provide support for advertising tools, including Operative, GAM, and internally developed applications

  • Maintain measurement and tracking capabilities across O&O platforms in accordance with industry standard requirements  

  • Partner with internal programmatic teams to evaluate potential partners, integrations, and/or products in order to optimize indirect monetization 

  • Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in computer science, business, or equivalent

  • Experience with developing advertising technology solutions for digital, mobile and video ad serving

  • Experience troubleshooting and implementing digital, video players, mobile & audience targeting
    applications with integrated ads, content and digital systems

  • 5 years experience in advertising operations or advertising technology

  • Proficient with GAM; familiarity with Order Management Systems

  • Experience in providing cross functional support for varied skillsets

  • Exceptional communication skills, including process flows and documentation

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully perform support, training, reporting, testing of advertising systems

  • Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements, training and operational documentation
