About the Role: 

Bleacher Report is currently seeking an Analytics Analyst to join our London-based Bleacher Report Football team. The Analytics Analyst is a key member of the B/R Analytics & Strategy team and will be highly motivated to deliver data-driven insights and drive growth for the rapidly expanding World Football arm of the company. The primary role of the Analytics Analyst is to support and influence strategy for key revenue and content stakeholders through insights as well as internal and external reporting. The candidate will be relied upon to visualize and articulate data-driven learnings and be able to contextualise those findings within larger industry trends in digital/social media.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting around key data points to measure content performance and help inform a data-driven growth strategy.

  • Support and collaborate with various departments to improve efficiencies around reporting/analytics needs (video, social, app, etc).

  • Provide and develop key insights and create customised dashboards to help improve content creation and social programming, while being able to deliver any early warning signs around audience/industry trends.

  • Analyse and interpret data points/KPI's from multiple analytics platforms to present to leadership and key project stakeholders as a means of advocating for data-driven thinking throughout the organisation.

  • Analyse and interpret data to assist with positioning B/R Football in the global sales marketplace (pre-sale).

  • Create performance metrics reports and one-sheeters to support existing and potential partnership opportunities (post-sale).

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have significant experience in digital analytics.

  • Demonstrates expertise in social media analytics, trends and editorial content development.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates above average written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work well within a large team as well as independently.

  • University degree required – maths/economics degree preferred but not required (must demonstrate strong numeracy and analytical ability).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams.

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, Keynote, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).

  • Proficiency with audience analytics tools (e.g. Adobe, Google Analytics, GlobalWebIndex).

  • Proficiency with social analytics tools (e.g. CrowdTangle, Sprinklr, Shareablee, Facebook Insights).

  • Familiar with ad tools such as Google Ad Manager and DFP.

  • Sport-focused work experience not required, but candidate should demonstrate a basic understanding of World Football / Soccer

About the Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide various support services to the SF office staff and 6 executives. This person will be responsible for maintaining office appearance, supplies (including food/drink stocking), and will assist with the planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Admin Support for 6 Leadership Execs
    • Calendar management
    • Cordinating travel arrangements
    • Expense Management
    • Assist with varius meeting/event planning such as offsite, all hands, leadership meetings (booking conference rooms, group reservations, catering, and other logistics)
    • Wrk closely with Leadership execs’ direct reports (as well as their reports) to help them prioritize joint meetings, travel, and other miscellaneous administrative needs
    • Develping and maintaining network/relationship with assistants of other executives in Bleacher Report and Turner
  • Work in close coordination with the larger office operations and administrative team

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in administrative assistant role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have strong communication and organization skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
  • Must have great attention to detail and be proactive
  • Sufficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google platforms
  • Expense management and budget accountability experience preferred.

VP, Content Licensing

About the role:

The VP, Content Licensing is responsible for developing and implementing Bleacher Report’s content licensing strategy to achieve revenue and brand objectives. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced candidate with a track record of success and established relationships with potential partners, preferably in Sports/Music and/or digital media/OTT. This individual will work very closely with the B/R Content team to identify and evaluate potential opportunities (domestically and internationally), and to leverage the full breadth of B/R’s short-form and long-form storytelling capabilities including text, video, and social.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with executive management to develop B/R’s content licensing strategy and grow content licensing revenue through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of B/R's content strategy and capabilities.

  • Leverage the full breadth of B/R storytelling and maximize the value of our content library.

  • Identify potential opportunities that are strategically aligned with B/R’s content strategy and brand positioning.

  • Present the BR brand story in a compelling and authentic way to potential partners; clearly articulate the value and unique differentiators of B/R in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate effectively with executive management, content leadership, ad sales, and business development teams on strategy and day-to-day execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of IP law and content licensing best practices.

  • Track record of successful partnerships and deal making.

  • Strong network and existing relationships in the content licensing space.

  • In-depth understanding of the digital media industry (preferably sports or music) with strong editorial/content sensibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 
The Director, Revenue Product & Technology will be responsible for prioritizing, testing, and
implementing B/R's strategic vision through an evolving suite of ad products and revenue streams on its
O&O and off-site channels from a technical angle, within the brand’s guardrails. Reports to the Executive
Director, Revenue Strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry trends and practical knowledge of ad serving technology to proactively recommend technical solutions that drive revenue
  • Take ownership of business and technical requirements gathering and implementation across functional teams creating initial implementation, launch, and post-launch plan
  • Partner with internal clients and vendors, leading communications between developers and the business, including open issues, project prioritization, issue resolutions, and feature requests
  • Partner with a team of product managers and business operators to implement scalable web and mobile ad products
  • Proactively own advertising platform architecture and configuration to ensure compliance with Turner corporate standards and business unit needs
  • Architect solutions and provide support for advertising tools, including Operative, DoubleClick, and internally developed applications
  • Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups
  • Liaise with counterparts at Turner to optimize ad stack and balance direct and programmatic opportunities in order to maximize returns
  • Troubleshoot site/app level issues and triage bugs involving monetized features/products
  • Consistently maintain and/or improve upon ad related performance (e.g., inventory, viewability)
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in computer science, business, or equivalent
  • Experience with developing advertising technology solutions for digital, mobile and video ad serving
  • Experience troubleshooting and implementing digital, video players, mobile & audience targeting applications with integrated ads, content and digital systems
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with the programmatic landscape, especially surrounding the Private and Open marketplace
  • 7 years experience in advertising operations or advertising technology
  • Proficient with DoubleClick; familiarity with Order Management Systems
  • Experience in providing cross functional support for varied skillsets
  • Exceptional communication skills, including process flows and documentation
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully perform support, training, reporting, testing of advertising systems
