About the Role:

Executive Support

·Coordination of travel and expenses for executives and video talent/brand voices.

Reception

  • Point of contact for any visiting parties; meeting space inquiries; and answering main office phone.  
  • Main point of contact for building security, including registering guests.
  • Sign for deliveries, distribute mail, and assist office with shipping needs.
  • Handle building maintenance requests, including repairs, 3rd party contractors such as cleaners and trades people.

Office Administration

  • Maintains vendor relationships and handles office & IT vendor billing management.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking office and food supplies stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Ensures operation of office and kitchen equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Assists with the cleanliness of the general office, including conference rooms and kitchen/break room.
  • Event coordination including managing “morale” activities and budget for the London location, and meetings logistical coordination.
  • Partner with US IT Department on maintaining and logging inventory of all computers, AV, and other office equipment.
  • New Hire Onboarding- ordering swag for new hires, securing new equipment, and ordering business cards when needed.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Ensures synergies between London and US office administration.
  • Other special projects as required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 14kg multiple times a day


Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years experience in administrative/operational role.
  • Requirements include strong communication skills, ability to work within a team, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Sufficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google platforms
  • Degree or equivalent further education qualification.

About the Role

B/R is hiring a Research Analyst on the Sales Analytics & Research team, reporting to the Senior Research Manager or Director of Sales Analytics & Research.  The Research Analyst is responsible for supporting all stages of ad effectiveness and custom thought leadership research executions from inception to delivery.  Successful candidates will possess strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for achieving practical business goals.  Skills in problem solving and data analysis will also be critical.  This position will be based in the New York office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in all stages of ad effectiveness research, including feasibility, study design, field management, data analysis as well as drafting presentations and actionable insights. 

  • Support Sr. Research Manager in day-to-day management of brand survey lifts, creative/copy testing, attribution, sales impact, and other ad effectiveness study types. 

  • Work closely with Sales, Planners, Client Strategy and Account Teams to gather all necessary campaign details in order to assess ad effectiveness study feasibility, design, and cost.

  • Begin to mine, analyze, and deliver data and insights from campaign findings to help inform sales strategies.

  • Monitor and track research studies to ensure projects are executed and completed on time.

  • Assist Sales Analytics on an ad-hoc basis. 

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients. 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of primary research (quantitative and qualitative) experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in digital media preferred. 
  • Familiar with third-party research providers including, Millward Brown, Dynata, Nielsen, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical analysis preferred (i.e. prior exposure to SPSS, SQL, R, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, editorial, and communications skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
  • College degree required.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide various support services to the SF office staff and 6 executives. This person will be responsible for maintaining office appearance, supplies (including food/drink stocking), and will assist with the planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities include:

    • Calendar management

    • Assist with varius meeting/event planning such as offsite, all hands, leadership meetings (booking conference rooms, group reservations, catering, and other logistics)

VP, Content Licensing

About the role:

The VP, Content Licensing is responsible for developing and implementing Bleacher Report’s content licensing strategy to achieve revenue and brand objectives. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced candidate with a track record of success and established relationships with potential partners, preferably in Sports/Music and/or digital media/OTT. This individual will work very closely with the B/R Content team to identify and evaluate potential opportunities (domestically and internationally), and to leverage the full breadth of B/R’s short-form and long-form storytelling capabilities including text, video, and social.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with executive management to develop B/R’s content licensing strategy and grow content licensing revenue through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of B/R's content strategy and capabilities.

  • Leverage the full breadth of B/R storytelling and maximize the value of our content library.

  • Identify potential opportunities that are strategically aligned with B/R’s content strategy and brand positioning.

  • Present the BR brand story in a compelling and authentic way to potential partners; clearly articulate the value and unique differentiators of B/R in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate effectively with executive management, content leadership, ad sales, and business development teams on strategy and day-to-day execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of IP law and content licensing best practices.

  • Track record of successful partnerships and deal making.

  • Strong network and existing relationships in the content licensing space.

  • In-depth understanding of the digital media industry (preferably sports or music) with strong editorial/content sensibilities.

  • Ability to independently evaluate and negotiate potential deals and strategic partnerships.

Director, Revenue Product & Technology

ABOUT THE ROLE: 
The Director, Revenue Product & Technology will be responsible for prioritizing, testing, and
implementing B/R's strategic vision through an evolving suite of ad products and revenue streams on its
O&O and off-site channels from a technical angle, within the brand’s guardrails. Reports to the Executive
Director, Revenue Strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry trends and practical knowledge of ad serving technology to proactively recommend technical solutions that drive revenue
  • Take ownership of business and technical requirements gathering and implementation across functional teams creating initial implementation, launch, and post-launch plan
  • Partner with internal clients and vendors, leading communications between developers and the business, including open issues, project prioritization, issue resolutions, and feature requests
  • Partner with a team of product managers and business operators to implement scalable web and mobile ad products
  • Proactively own advertising platform architecture and configuration to ensure compliance with Turner corporate standards and business unit needs
  • Architect solutions and provide support for advertising tools, including Operative, DoubleClick, and internally developed applications
  • Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups
  • Liaise with counterparts at Turner to optimize ad stack and balance direct and programmatic opportunities in order to maximize returns
  • Troubleshoot site/app level issues and triage bugs involving monetized features/products
  • Consistently maintain and/or improve upon ad related performance (e.g., inventory, viewability)
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in computer science, business, or equivalent
  • Experience with developing advertising technology solutions for digital, mobile and video ad serving
  • Experience troubleshooting and implementing digital, video players, mobile & audience targeting applications with integrated ads, content and digital systems
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with the programmatic landscape, especially surrounding the Private and Open marketplace
  • 7 years experience in advertising operations or advertising technology
  • Proficient with DoubleClick; familiarity with Order Management Systems
  • Experience in providing cross functional support for varied skillsets
  • Exceptional communication skills, including process flows and documentation
