ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Bleacher Report is hiring an Associate Designer for our Creative Services & Marketing team who will work cross-functionally to create and execute design-centric needs for various business units. This role will field requests from the sales, experiential, e-comm and marketing teams to deliver consistent visual branding/identity across programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrates taste and understanding in layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Executes consistent designs aligned with existing style guides and process
  • Participates in all aspects of design phase from sketches, through final executions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong design portfolio highlighting layout and typography

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, the Experiential Director plays a key role in strategizing, executing and managing events for Bleacher Report, including sponsorships, live events, and internal events. We are looking for a candidate who can develop and maintain relationships with a diverse and complex client base: businesses, professional and intercollegiate sports teams/leagues and manage internal matrices across Turner Sports and Warner Media.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, supervise and execute the implementation of all event needs to ensure client satisfaction and retention including: venue walk-through and meetings, production and décor requirements, catering needs, staffing requirements front and back of house, ticket scaling and sales (where applicable). Often these responsibilities will also be to coordinate and execute upon Bleacher Report internal events that do not include clients.
  • Manage all aspects of special event production and execution including venue deposits, deposit letters, event budgets, deal letters, contract preparation and execution of insurance certificates
  • On site management at venue day of event
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporations, educational institutions, TV networks, charity / non-profit organizations, and relevant event planners to keep potential partners and vendors top of mind when future events are considered
  • Work closely with the sales and client strategy teams to help ideate, price, sell and execute potential events and experiences for Bleacher Report clients
  • Develop event budgets with Finance. 
  • Negotiate financial and contractual terms and work closely with legal department in the preparation, administration, and execution of event contracts.
  • Manage a small team of event planners who will help coordinate efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience handling events in an agency, studio, network or production company. 
  • Must be organized, thorough and be willing to roll up his/her sleeves to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

Description: 

B/R is looking for a smart, creative, detail-oriented sports enthusiast to join our Integrated Strategy team as a Manager. This individual will be responsible for building custom solutions and overseeing campaigns across the sales cycle, with a specific focus on pre and post sales support, special projects, creation of sales materials and proactive sales content planning. The cross functional role interfaces with a variety of internal teams to develop and execute innovative, highly effective solutions that solve complex client goals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and oversee the RFP ideation process through submission and execution, developing creative solutions in the B/R voice that solve advertiser goals 
  • Work closely and meeting regularly with Account Executives and Planners for communication and updates on existing and potential partners
  • Clearly communicate advertiser goals, share insights and initiate brainstorm meetings with the content team to develop custom programs that solve for client goals
  • Work closely with the data / analytics team to garner relevant client and industry insights
  • Build proposals and aid in client presentations
  • Participate in post-sales kick off meetings, communicating all necessary information to ensure programs run smoothly and remain on strategy
  • Effectively communicate and represent B/R’s voice and strategy internally and externally
  • Aid in the creation of big ticket media packages for our tentpole events throughout the year

Requirements: 

  • At least 4-5 years experience, previous experience in integrated marketing / strategy
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Experience building and executing digital and social sponsorships
  • Creative thinker with the ability to present opportunities visually in Keynote
  • Strong project management skills (detail-oriented); ability to move multiple proactive initiatives forward, and manage several reactive deliverable responsibilities simultaneously

Senior Manager, Integrated Strategy

What part will you play?  

As a Senior Manager on the B/R Integrated Strategy team, you'll be responsible for supporting and managing social media campaigns with advertising partners. Closely aligned to sales, this role extends across the entire sales lifecycle, encompassing both pre-sale and post-sale activities. 

What will you be doing?  

  • Leading and overseeing the RFP ideation process through submission and execution 
  • Acting as the senior member on the larger client strategy team – overseeing, managing, and developing a team of strategists

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bleacher Report is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing who will work cross-functionally to lead the vision, definition, prioritization, development, launch and evolution of Bleacher Report’s influencer network and strategy. This role will gather requirements from organizational stakeholders, to grow, manage and optimize talent marketing relationships and campaigns. The Senior Manager, Talent Marketing will be responsible for ensuring Bleacher Report's network of influential community members are engaged, excited and energized to be a part of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the growth and expansion of B/R influencer network & strategy
  • Research and identify new members of the community as well as foster existing network relationships
  • Procure & leverage talent for all-encompassing brand, program and client promotional needs
  • Adapt and execute talent marketing plans to support B/R strategy in the US and abroad
  • Deep understanding of social platform analytics tools, understanding of how they work and ability to translate the output as related to impacting business strategies and marketing efforts
