He’s owned in 44 percent of Yahoo leagues and 60.5 percent of ESPN leagues.  He’s most valuable in the Sporting News salary cap game, though, as his cap number is just $0.66M.

Winger

Rene Bourque, Calgary

Rene has six points (four goals, two assists) and a plus-five rating in his last four games (1.5), including a December 27 hat trick.  He had 17 points (10 goals, seven assists) and a plus-six rating in his first 32 games (0.53).

Jonathan Quick, Los Angeles

Quick is off to an excellent start to his 2008 season.  In the six games since his December 19, debut he is 2-3 with a 1.74 Goals-Against Average and a 93.7 save percentage, including a pair of shutouts. 

He’s one of fantasy hockey’s best kept secrets as he’s owned in just eight percent of Yahoo and 2.4 percent of ESPN leagues.  His salary cap number is $1.18M.
