Week 15 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Arian Foster and RBs Ready to Explode
It's playoff time in fantasy football, which means you need every player to deliver a strong performance.
If you own one of these three running backs, you're in luck because they are ready to go off in Week 15. If these guys are on your team, for the love of God, please start them.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Foster struggled last week against Cincinnati, rushing for just 41 yards on 15 carries. But don't let that performance discourage you.
This week, he will have the pleasure of shredding the Carolina Panthers' awful run defense.
The Panthers allow 128.9 rushing yards per game, which is 24th in the NFL. They've also given up 15 rushing touchdowns, tied for third most in the league.
They've been especially awful the last eight games. Over that stretch, they have allowed 1,000 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns.
Foster should have no problem finding pay dirt this Sunday. I'm expecting him to rush for at least 100 yards and two scores.
Benson has been hit or miss this season. In Week 15, you can count on good Cedric showing up.
He has a great matchup against the St. Louis Rams, who look like they're just praying for the season to end.
The Rams are dead last in rushing yards allowed, giving up a ridiculous 156.8 yards per game. They have numerous injuries on the defensive side of the ball and Benson should be able to take advantage.
Benson has struggled to find the end zone this season, scoring just five touchdowns. That will change this week.
Look for at least 100 yards and one touchdown from him on Sunday.
LeSean McCoy
McCoy only averaged 1.4 yards per carry last week on his way to a measly 38 yards. But the important number is "two," as in the amount of touchdowns he scored.
He carried the ball 27 times last week and he should get plenty of touches this week as well. The Jets have an elite secondary, but an average run defense, so McCoy will get the ball early and often.
His numbers have gone up ever since Mike Vick returned to the lineup. With Vick on the field, defenses can no longer focus solely on McCoy.
He will have a big game against the Jets on Sunday. You can count on at least 90 yards and one touchdown from the man they call Shady.
