Week 15 Waiver Wire: Demaryius Thomas and Other WRs to Add

Zach KruseDec 15, 2011

On the Week 15 waiver wire, the following receivers are your best additions:

Demaryius Thomas, Broncos

There's still risk with how much the Broncos run and Tim Tebow's early inaccuracies, but it's hard to ignore almost 225 receiving yards and three scores over Thomas's last two games, especially with the Patriots spotty pass defense coming to Denver in Week 15.

Donald Driver, Packers

Greg Jennings will miss 2-3 weeks, which means the wily old veteran should see his role increase in the Packers' pass-heavy offense. Driver has been solid over the past two weeks, too.

James Jones, Packers

You'll have to weigh the risk/reward with Jones. He has the most potential to score big fantasy points of the Packers' available receivers, but Jones can also disappear at times.

Randall Cobb, Packers

Cobb is the wildcard of the Packers' bunch. While he hasn't caught a touchdown since Week 1, he should see a much bigger role now that Jennings is out and the Packers are close to clinching home field advantage.

Doug Baldwin, Seahawks

Baldwin has had some clunkers in recent weeks, but he did haul in seven passes for 93 yards and a score last week against the Rams. Baldwin is the Seahawks' best bet at receiver in 2011.

Kevin Walter, Texans

Walter leads the team in targets since T.J. Yates took over at quarterback, so there's the potential here for big games. He caught the game-winning touchdown against the Bengals last week.

Titus Young, Lions

After a 60-yard effort against the Saints two weeks ago, Young went for 87 yards and a score last Sunday against the Vikings. The Lions have a bunch of options in the passing game, but Young is starting to emerge.
