Buckeyes Get Ready to Munch on Texas "Bevo" Burgers

A steady diet of beans will lead the Buckeyes over Texas!  Star OSU RB Beany Wells of course. Wells is speed and power personified.  At QB all everything recruit Terrelle Pryor does have the ability to overcome the stone age play calling of Jim Tressel.

Pryor is indeed the real deal and a big play guy.  Fans don't remember however that his college ball experience at OSU started this fall.  He was not an early enrollee last spring and sometimes it shows.

More importantly, the Ohio State defense is something Texas has never seen this year.  Colt McCoy meet James Laurinaitis and Malcom Jenkins.The Big 12 is like the now defunct Arena Football Leaque, no defense. Oklahoma/Florida and OSU/Texas will go along way in proving the Big 12 is an inbred "pretender" conference.

Like good pitching, a high powered defense will beat a high powered offense.  An example? The Pittsburgh "Squeelers."

For the non Buckeye nation, the Bucks O-line is a soft spot.  Specifically with linemen's Rehring and Browning. Be sure to watch for Rehring to be standing looking confused as the play goes around or through him.  It is a shame that star line recruits Shugarts from Texas and Adams from Ohio have battled injuries all year and aren't farther along.  I'm sure Shugarts would love to see some action against his home state team.

Special teams aren't so special this year for Tressel's troops.  Punter Trepasso is erratic and Ray (I'm usually in the dog house) Small can and will make a big mistake.  Tressel has rotated field goal kickers all year with Pettry being the current favorite.

This Buckeye squad has shown the ability to make the big mistake and suffer the big penalty.  Very un Tressel like.  If you don't see it on the Fifth it means coaching strides were finally made this year.

Overall, the Buckeye's can score enough on the Texas defense and keep Colt off his horse.  Think of this game Buckeye haters, as the precursor to next year when we will be even better with a top rated recruiting class!
