Week 14 Fantasy Rankings: LeSean McCoy and RBs Who Will End Your Season
The Philadelphia Eagles' best player this year has been running back LeSean McCoy. He probably has been your best fantasy football player as well.
However, if you want to move on in your playoffs, you have to sit him this week against Miami.
It’s a crazy thing to think of doing. However, against the Dolphins he will have a playoff-crushing game that sends you into the offseason.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
On the season, the Dolphins are fifth in the NFL in defending the run. They have only given up a total of three touchdowns to running backs. That’s ranks the Dolphins second only to the San Francisco 49ers, who have given up zero touchdowns.
Miami is allowing running backs only 93 yards per game, which breaks down to only 3.7 yards per carry.
With the Eagles and their floundering offense, it’s hard to believe that McCoy will have a chance to break out of the backfield to be effective this week. He may get five to seven catches out of the backfield, but it will not be for a lot of yards.
Being a receiver with a bad quarterback in Vince Young is McCoy’s only chance at being relevant this week. However, he only has three receiving touchdowns to 12 rushing touchdowns.
It does not look very good for McCoy to score more than six points this week.
Cincinnati Bengals, Cedric Benson
Benson has been a very good fantasy football running back this year. Except this week, against the Houston Texans, he will have his worst game of his season.
The Texans bring into Cincinnati the fourth-best rushing defense that is giving up only 90 yards per game. Along with that, the Texans have only allowed six total rushing touchdowns to running backs.
For the year, Benson only has five rushing touchdowns while averaging 3.9 yards per carry.
If Benson was a running back that was a threat as a receiver, then he may have some value this week. However, his total receptions this year is only 10. Benson will finish this week with less than five points, which will kill your hopes at advancing in your playoffs.
Arizona Cardinals, Beanie Wells
Wells has been a valuable second option as a running back or a flex-player this year, but this week you have to stay away from him.
Earlier this year, when Wells and the Cardinals played the San Francisco 49ers, he only rushed for 33 yards on eight attempts.
Why would Wells have a better game this week, against a 49ers team that hasn’t allowed one single rushing touchdown this year?
He will have a game this week exactly like the first time he played the 49ers. If you start Wells this week, you are risking having a player score maybe three or four points.
He will rush for less than 40 yards. He will be a non-factor in the game. And he will fumble once in the game, resulting in negative points.
Stay away from Wells this week, and everyone else on this list. If you do not listen to my advice, you will get knocked out of your playoffs.
