Arsene gave us a distinct hint that we should never put Chelsea out of the race. Although their fire isnt as "wild" as they had a years ago, never should one disregard their potential in sealing the top notch.
But personally, I am saddened by Mourinho's departure. He has always been an ironic persona who spurred annoyance into the game. Without his presence, it feels like there's a void in EPL. No one could deny the funny brawls and widgets he brings to the field..
Manu is spurring as fast as they can, pushing themselves desperately to tail Arsenal—but chances are likely to favour the Gunners. Reasons to back them are quite a few:
1. Man U are not really consistent in their performance.
They surely caused a shock in me a few days ago. Losing and drawing a match simultaneously was something we might not take often from a team with such a record. Ronaldo might be good, but being the only good one that can core goals besides Tevez ain't gonna help much. Tevez as I've seen so far didn't shine much like he did in West Ham.
2. Adebayor is gaining pace in goal scoring.
I hate to accept this fact but Adebayor is improving for the past few months. Given the fact he's been on the scoresheet for most of the matches! I mean, its not easy to score a goal—let alone have nine goals in seven matches. Chances are he might be filling in Henry's boots soon. Unfortunately, our other main striker is having a rough time with injuries. Persie hasn't shown much or even been on the field for quite some time. It's sad, but I really hope we see something from him soon.
3. Arsenal is versatile.
4-1 loss. One of the worst game for Arsenal I would say. Losing to Derby makes it even worse—the worst one so far since Barca's match in Champions League Finale. But how did they cope, one might question? Did they falter?
No. They picked up themselves, learned from their mistakes and went on—a hard thing to do when you've lost such a disastrous game. Arsene also praised Fab's for his growth and matured psychological character. I mean, without a steady mind, how could one dribble a ball flawlessly?
That's all for now, I guess. Man U vs Arsenal this weekend. FA cup is rolling to the end.. May Arsenal prevail!
