Jasen ShenNov 29, 2011

Reflection is key to improvement.  So that’s why it’s important to ask yourself questions when others aren’t.

1)   Green Bay Packers (11-0)—How many more Packers will score offensive touchdowns?

2)   Baltimore Ravens (8-3)—How did this team ever lose to Jacksonville?

3)   New England Patriots (8-3)—Is it possible that the banged up Eagles secondary was worse than their own?

4)   New Orleans Saints (8-3)—Isn’t Who Dat offense pretty identical to that of the Packers?

5)   San Francisco 49ers (9-2)—With their current record, can anyone argue against Jim Harbaugh as the best offseason signing?

6)   Pittsburgh Steelers (8-3)—Pittsburgh is a passing team and Troy Polamalu suffered a major concussion—which of the two will ultimately doom this team?

7)   Detroit Lions (7-4)—If you got Ndamukong-Suh’d on Thanksgiving, how many games would you think is fair?

8)   Dallas Cowboys (7-4)—After a flawless November, is Dallas more thankful for DeMarco Murray or Laurent Robinson?

9)   Oakland Raiders (7-4)—When the Raiders lost Tom Cable, Robert Gallery, Zach Miller and Nnamdi Asomugha during the offseason, who thought “Just Win, baby” would be so easy?

10) Atlanta Falcons (7-4)—Is this Falcons team not as good as their record indicates?

11) Chicago Bears (7-4)—Are we living in the past or does Caleb Hanie control the Bears’ playoff chances for a second straight season?

12) Houston Texans (8-3)—After losing Mario Williams and their starting quarterbacks in consecutive weeks, will anyone blame them if they miss the playoffs?

13) Cincinnati Bengals (7-4)—Is Andy Dalton making Red Rocket a cool nickname?

14) Denver Broncos (6-5)—Who predicted that Tim Tebow would have more victories than Michael Vick, Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning before this season started?

15) New York Jets (6-5)—Would it surprise anyone if the Jets traded up to draft USC Heisman candidate Matt Barkley (he should come out) to replace the Sanchize?

16) New York Giants (6-5)—With their talent and injuries, is this team overachieving or underachieving?

17) Buffalo Bills (5-6)—Does Stevie Johnson regret shooting himself in the leg after dropping two potential game-winning catches?

18) Tennessee Titans (6-5)—How much should you pay a running back that’s averaging 3.8 yards per carry?

19) Philadelphia Eagles (4-7)—If Al Davis were still alive, how much do you think he’d pay for DeSean Jackson?

20) San Diego Chargers (4-7)—What’s more embarrassing? Nick Novak using a Gatorade dispenser as a urinal or the Chargers special teams?

21)  Carolina Panthers (3-8)—Do any playoff-hopeful teams want to face Cam Newton?

22) Kansas City Chiefs (4-7)—Going 2-4 at home makes Arrowhead Stadium a bit less magical when compared to last year, doesn’t it?

23) Washington Redskins (4-7)—I know he’s been there once, but did the Redskins really believe Rex Grossman would lead this team to a Super Bowl?

24) Seattle Seahawks (4-7)—How many subscriptions will the NFL Network lose for scheduling this team a Thursday night game?

25) Miami Dolphins (4-7)—At least the NBA lockout is over, isn’t it?

26) Arizona Cardinals (4-7)—How did Beanie Wells run for 228 yards?!?  Oh, the Rams.

27) Cleveland Browns (4-7)—After witnessing Peyton Hillis tank this season, will anyone want to be on the cover of Madden?

28) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-7)—On such a young team, how much longer can Ronde Barber hold up?

29) Jacksonville Jaguars (3-8)—Does selling the team mean Maurice Jones-Drew will come back to Los Angeles?

30) Minnesota Vikings (2-9)—Although white, maybe Toby Gerhart isn’t Adrian Peterson for other reasons?

31) St. Louis Rams (2-9)—Is it easier to count to three or run it against the Rams?

32) Indianapolis Colts (0-11)—Should the Colts rest their starters in order to secure Andrew Luck?

Help me answer these questions with your thoughts.
