The Kansas State Wildcats are trying to put the final stamp on their very successful 2011 season with a victory over Big 12 rival Iowa State.
While Iowa State isn’t playing for much other than pride, they have the chance to play spoiler for a team that has been a top team all season in Kansas State.

When: Saturday, December 3, 12:30 p.m. ET

Listen: National Updates on ESPN Radio
Betting Line: Over/Under: 54, Spread: Kansas State -10.5
My advice on this game? Stay away from it. I have it being a push right now, which means it’s a total coin flip as far as over/under goes. Even with Kansas State giving 10.5 points, it’s still hard to pick against them. I would not bet on this game.
Injuries:
Iowa State
James White, RB, Probable
Josh Lenz, WR, Questionable
Kansas State
Tyler Lockett, WR, Out
Brodrick Smith, WR, Out
BCS/Top 25 Implications
While this has little implication other than to spoil the fun for Iowa State, this game is huge for the Wildcats. With a victory over the Cyclones, Kansas State would get into the BCS top ten and place their bid for a top-tier bowl selection.
What They’re Saying
Key Matchup: Collin Klein vs. Iowa State’s Run Defense
The best player on the field Saturday will be Kansas State dual-threat quarterback Collin Klein. Klein is an aggressive runner that Iowa State needs to stop on the ground. The only way the Cyclones can beat the Wildcats will be by forcing Klein to beat them through the air.
Prediction: Kansas State 34, Iowa State 20
