Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Chris Johnson has returned to the field according to Jim Wyatt.
The trainers are looking at Johnson right now and initial reports have his return as questionable.
Fantasy Impact
Johnson has been an absolute bust this season for fantasy purposes.
He has occasionally shown flashes of brilliance but usually fails to produce and has certainly not lived up to the monster contract he signed in the offseason.
Who's the Backup?
Javon Ringer is the No. 2 RB in Tennessee and is currently taking snaps in the game while Johnson is on the sidelines.
At one point this season, Ringer was playing ahead of Johnson after Johnson had a completely ineffective game and Ringer has proven to be a capable backup in his place.
CJ’s fantasy owners should add Ringer if this injury turns out to be serious.
Devastation Scale
5. Johnson has been an absolute joke this season and having more time to evaluate Ringer wouldn’t be a bad idea.
There was talk earlier this season that CJ might get cut to save the Titans serious money after his performance this season.
The Titans would need Johnson to play like his old self if they want any chance to make the playoffs this season and it doesn’t look like he is capable of that.
Timeline for Return
Johnson has returned to the game.
Keep it tuned here throughout the game for the latest information on Chris Johnson, his injury and the ramifications.
