Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Maurice Jones-Drew, Darren Sproles or Marshawn Lynch?

It's tough when you find one of your superstars with a tough matchup and one of your lesser players faces a soft defense.

I'm having a running back dilemma this week, I have Arian Foster@Jack, Maurice Jones Drew vsHous, Darren Sproles vs NYG, and Marshawn Lynch vs Wash. I have to pick two, Arian Foster is the obvious first choice but im leaning towards Marshawn for the RB2 just because of the matchup. What do you think?

Great question Danny. As you said, Foster is a lock, but while I like Marshawn Lynch's matchup against the Redskins and Darren Sproles is a viable option, Jones-Drew is one of those players who should never see your bench.

He's up against a Houston defense that features a fierce front, but MoJo is a threat to have a monster day regardless of who he's up against.

Getting cute and starting Lynch against the Skins because they are struggling could backfire. Go with the safe start here.

Jones-Drew broke for 105 yards against the Ravens and has touchdowns in his last three games. Don't let the Texans' top-five run defense scare you away from starting an elite back.
