Week 12 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Washington Redskins and More Defenses You Must Grab
Right now, we know what we're going to get from teams. Yes, upsets happen. But even when they do, it's predictable who's going to get points and who won't.
So, on that note, let's take a look at some of the best spot-start defenses this week.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Anyone vs. the Seahawks, right? Seattle's offense has actually played much better than I thought they would this season, but they're still a fantasy gold mine.
Tarvaris Jackson throws a lot of interceptions when he has all the time he needs. When he's rushed, they come at a greater rate.
Jackson is rushed a lot. In addition to throwing a lot of interceptions, he's also sacked a lot. Any defense against that unit is a good move. In addition to all of that, the Redskins defense has strengths that go directly against Seattle's weaknesses.
Seattle Seahawks
Anyone vs. the Redskins, right? Whoever is starting at quarterback for the Redskins has very little offensive weapons around him. If the Redskins score 20 points, they have had a strong day.
And even if they hit that, chances are great that a turnover or two came right along with it.
The Seahawks defend the run very well. When you're fantasy defense makes Rex Grossman go out and sling it, a good day awaits.
Denver Broncos
Anyone vs. the Chargers, right? Wow. I never thought I would type those words, but here we are. The Broncos actually did quite well against the Chargers when they played earlier in the season.
Since then, their defense has tightened up and an alien has taken over Philip Rivers' body. That's the only logical explanation for what's happened to him.
But we don't need to explain anything. The fact is that the Chargers are just not performing well offensively. As a result, the defenses opposing them are in good position.
In addition to Rivers' own struggles, the Denver defense has gotten much better since that game against San Diego. The Chargers may win, but don't look for many points.
