WWE Opinion: Are Hunico, Epico & Primo Dead in the Water with Sin Cara Injured?
Hey Bleachers! First of all, I would like to thank all of you that read and commented on my last article. Good to know you all seem to love us Canucks.
Now, to answer the question I asked in my headline.
With all due respect to Sin Cara—and I wish him a speedy recovery—this may be a blessing in disguise for Hunico, Epico and Primo.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
The only thing that could have made this feud any good would have been if Cara started to talk instead of always miming. Yes, we would have got a few quality matches from all involved but it would have become stale very quickly.
What WWE can do with these three now is put them in the still-floundering tag scene. Hunico and Epico worked as a team in FCW so they already have chemistry in the ring. Primo is familiar with tag-team wrestling as well and is one of the more underrated talents in WWE in my opinion. They could form a stable with the three or just employ the "Freebird Rule," as many other heel factions have done throughout the years.
I'm not saying to automatically put them in the title scene, but have them enter a feud with The Usos and you can bet there would be some possible show-stealing matches. This would elevate both teams into a higher regard and add some depth to a division that, for all intents and purposes, only contains Air Boom as far as casual viewers are concerned.
Hunico and Epico already showed what could possibly be a tag finisher when they beat down Cara. Epico had Cara off the ropes, tossed him over his head leapfrog-style and Hunico powerbombed him. If you didn't see it, try to find it. I thought it was a pretty sweet move.
The three look great while giving beatdowns and they look vicious while doing it, which will create a ton of heat on them if they beat down the tag champs at some point.
So, while this particular feud may have bitten the dust, I think that Sin Cara's could help these three more than hurt them. That is, if WWE books them properly.
Let me know what you think, and thanks for reading!
