Fantasy Football Week 12: Tim Tebow and More Sunday Success Stories

Tim Tebow may be given a hard time for his efforts in real life, but he is no less than a star in the wonderful world of make believe. 

Fantasy football owners that took a stab at picking up Tim Tebow off waivers have been well rewarded for that effort. Tebow has been more blessing than disaster as a starting fantasy footballer, and that will only continue as he leads the charge against San Diego this weekend. 

This is an exercise in happy thoughts. Here are the guys that will have you screaming for more as they take your team to new heights this Sunday. 

Who wants to concentrate on the negatives when there is just too much positive to go around these days? I may give Tebow a hard time, but that's only because I care about you sports fans. In this case, I have nothing but good things to say about him and several other fantasy studs from Week 12.

Despite having a game in which he completed just two passes and a myriad of passes sail wide, Tebow continues to be a stout starter for his timely touchdown passes and the production he warrants on the ground. 

The Chargers may have been beset by a horrid-looking Philip Rivers, but their defense hasn't exactly helped matters either. Tebow should produce the same amount of fantasy treats we have all come to expect. 

Vince Young

Michael Vick looks ever more doubtful to start on Sunday, giving the ball to Vince Young yet again. Young will be even better this week with a full complement of practices as starter. 

There is the obvious note that the Patriots defense is trash. So start him and bask in the fantasy points. 

Ben Roethlisberger

Thumb, shmumb. Big Ben says he feels fine, and I tend to agree with him. He will have the added comfort of a Kansas City Chiefs matchup that has been very kind to quarterbacks. 

There is no reason you should bench this QB, as he should provide north of 20 fantasy points this weekend.
