NFL Week 12 Picks: Hot Seat Alert for Coaches on Verge of Another Loss
The following five NFL coaches could see their hot seat get a little toastier with losses in Week 12:
Leslie Frazier, Vikings
Could Frazier be on the hot seat in Minnesota? A 2-8 record since being given the opportunity to coach the team certainly doesn't paint a pretty picture for Frazier.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
With his top player, Adrian Peterson, looking at missing some time with a bad ankle, it's conceivable that the Vikings finish the season with two or three wins.
Would that be enough for owner Zygi Wilf to pull the plug?
Steve Spagnuolo, Rams
The Rams have been one of the more disappointing teams in 2011, and Spag's 10-32 record doesn't show much improvement over the long haul.
At some point, you have to look at your head coach and ask the question: Is he leading the franchise in the right direction? Are other factors to blame in a lost season?
Losing this weekend to the Arizona Cardinals at home won't help his case. The Rams need to show something down the stretch for Spags to feel comfortable.
Jim Caldwell, Colts
Why wouldn't Caldwell be on the hot seat? There's really no excuse in the football—one of the true team sports—for one player to make such a drastic impact on a season. Part of that blame, or maybe most, should go on Caldwell's shoulders.
If you can't get the machine to run (at all) with one piece missing, then maybe the man that's in charge of that machine needs to go.
A loss to the Panthers on Sunday could mean 0-16 is a real possibility.
Jack Del Rio, Jaguars
Del Rio has looked like a lame duck all season. The Jags have had some good seasons under Del Rio, but they've also been up and down and out of sync recently. Again, at some point you have to make that decision.
Is Del Rio the guy you want moving forward? It might be time to bring in someone new to help an organization that has some pieces in place.
A win this weekend against the division-leading Texans could help his case, however.
Norv Turner, Chargers
Finally, we get to the man that everyone hates in San Diego. Given a vastly talented roster for the better part of a decade, Turner has very little to show for it. Now, the Chargers are tanking a season that showed real promise with a 4-1 start.
If San Diego continues to struggle, Turner should be out.
Can you imagine the backlash in southern California that would take place if the Chargers lost a home game to Tim Tebow and the Broncos?
