How Ndamukong Suh and Your Favorite Sports Stars Spent Thanksgiving
Some sports icons spent Thanksgiving in the most unique family reunions imaginable, while others decided to assault unsuspecting bystanders on national TV.
Every star had their own unique way of celebrating the holiday and some stars' Thanksgiving Day behaviors caught our attention.
We witnessed everything from the malicious to the heartwarming with our own eyes, but there was plenty going on behind the scenes as well.
Whether tackling cheerleaders or feeding homeless teens, here is how some of your favorite sports stars spent Turkey Day.
Steven Jackson Feeds Homeless Teens
1 of 6Many would say Thanksgiving is about family, but Steven Jackson obviously believes that it is truly about giving.
He could have been anywhere in the world and he chose to give back, hosting a dinner for homeless teens.
Kudos to Jackson. Selfless acts like these aren't talked about enough and it's great to see a star sacrifice his time and give back to those less fortunate on such a special day.
Ndamukong Suh Stomps Opponent
2 of 6Ndamukong Suh used his Thanksgiving to prove once and for all that he is the dirtiest player in the NFL.
With the nation watching, Suh stomped Green Bay Packers lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith on the most inappropriate day to do so.
He then tried to justify his actions, saying he was being held down and tried to regain his balance. As everyone clearly saw, such was not the case.
Suh embarrassed his team, the National Football League and most of all, himself.
Jason Witten Knocks the Stuffing out of a Cheerleader
3 of 6Jason Witten unintentionally wrecked an unsuspecting cheerleader on the sideline.
He caught a short pass from Tony Romo and was pushed out of bounds. His momentum carried him well out of bounds and a cheerleader was on the wrong end of what appeared to be a painful collision.
She was a good sport about the collision. She seemed more shocked than hurt and her ability to bounce up and take a hit like that is nothing short of impressive.
Peyton Hillis, take notes.
Harbaughs Unite
4 of 6Jim Harbaugh and John Harbaugh collided in not only the game of the week, but also the first ever meeting between sibling coaches.
To make it even sweeter, this meeting happened just before their parents' 50th anniversary.
It was truly a family affair and it was only fitting that this game would take place on Thanksgiving. This matchup embodied everything that Thanksgiving is about and it's safe to say those involved wouldn't have rather been anywhere else.
Kim Kardashian Feeds the Homeless
5 of 6Kim Kardashian gathered with other stars to feed the homeless on Thanksgiving.
The recently divorced Kim K may not be directly involved with the sports world anymore, but this jersey-chasing WAG Hall of Famer has earned her place on this slideshow.
It's nice to see her working, not just on Thanksgiving or towards a good cause, but in general.
LeBron James Gets His Average Joe on
6 of 6From the looks of LeBron James' Tweets on Turkey Day, he spent the day lying around, playing a little NCAA football and watching some Cowboys football.
Many celebrities live extravagant lifestyles and King James is no exception.
People love to hate LeBron, but it's nice to see a superstar come down to our level and partake in the same activities we do.
Being an every man is a far better look for James than being the chosen one. With Peyton Hillis becoming a prima donna, the sports world had a huge blue collar void.
Was that two Peyton Hillis jabs in one slideshow?
