Trick Shots Video: Watch Brodie Smith and USA Battle Australia in Epic Showdown

Ridiculous meets radical, then befriends some gnarly in this trick shot video that will have you smiling for days. 

Ultimate Frisbee extraordinaire Brodie Smith traveled to Australia to mix it up with the locals. By mix it up, I mean he engaged in an epic battle of trick shots, his Frisbee versus Team Australia's basketballs. 

What ensues is a video with only a few misses. By misses, I am referring to the music supplied by Australian band The Smart. I am sure they are huge down under, but they are not my cup of tea. 

It sounds like the music for a montage in a movie featuring Taylor Lautner, not that I would know what that sounds like. 

Other than that, this is five minutes of pure silliness. Each trick is better than the next. You would think that a Frisbee would be the most mundane object to do tricks with, well that's a mistake.

Smith as some dope shots that are just jaw dropping. The Australians stay in tow the whole way and of course, like every great fireworks show, there is a tremendous finale.

Perhaps it's my aversion to heights or the inability to hit any part of a basketball rim, but the two teams meet on top a huge tower and still get nothing but net.

The best part for me was Smith launching his Frisbee from a bridge over-looking a lake. That is when Team Australia comes out of no-wheres-ville underneath it. As the disc floats to the water, one of the team members launches from the boat and catches it.

The fact that the boat almost hits him after only makes this act more extreme. If you are a fan of trick shots, laughs or things that are radical, you will totes love this video.
