Miami Dolphins vs. Dallas Cowboys: 5 Keys to Victory for Dolphins in Second Half
The Miami Dolphins have been one of the surprise turnaround teams during the middle part of the 2011 season. Entering the Dallas game, the Dolphins have won three straight after losing their first seven games of the season.
Matt Moore has been key to the Dolphins turnaround, tossing six touchdowns and just one interception during Miami’s three-game winning streak.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let’s look at five keys to win for the Dolphins.
1. Keep Running the Ball
Matt Moore has played well in recent weeks, but shouldn’t be asked to carry the offense. The Dolphins had some success running in the first half. They must continue to do so in the second half if they want to win.
2. Keep Matt Moore Upright
The Dolphins' offensive line protected Matt Moore at times. But, sacks have ended drives as well. Moore needs time to throw for the Dolphins to be successful.
3. Shut Down Dallas Run Game
If Dallas can methodically move the ball with their run game, they will eventually take control. The Dolphins have to force Romo to throw the ball and hope he continues to make mistakes.
4. Finish Drives
The Dolphins offense continually got into Dallas territory in the first half but couldn’t produce points. They have to finish drives in the second half in hopes of pulling this one out.
5. Stretch the Dallas Defense
Matt Moore was able to hit Brandon Marshall on a big pass-play early in the second quarter. Miami must continue to get their best player the ball and keep the Dallas defense out of the box.
