As you reflect on the 2011 season you probably remember some good things, some bad things, some painful things, some challenging things and more.

Remember, that all of it is working for "the good" in your life and career, Oakland Raiders. You have got to see the bright side of it all.

When you are rejected by the media, bounce back with hard and smart football moves on the playing field.

When you began to miss those who have moved on, press harder toward the mark or the goal of excellence in your football career.

When you get lonely, play better to soften the pain of loneliness.

When you are hurt, be thankful for the good times and then hope for better times.

It's a day for giving thanks. It is Thanksgiving Day, a great American tradition.

Have a great Thanksgiving and be grateful for the position you hold at this moment in 2011.
