Steelers vs. Chiefs: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
Coming off a bye week, the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-3) take on the Kansas City Chiefs (4-6) on Sunday Night Football.
The Steelers have the best passing defense in the NFL while the Chiefs come into this game with a quarterback making his second career start in the NFL. This matchup does not bode well for the Chiefs this week. Last week against the New England Patriots, who rank as the worst passing defense in the NFL, they were only able to put up three points after throwing three interceptions.

Betting Line
According to SBGlobal, the Steelers are a 10-point favorite. You should take the Steelers in this game as they should not only shut out the Chiefs, but be able to run up the score on this Chiefs defense. This game should be over by the start of the second half.
Betting Over/Under
According to SBGlobal, the over under is 39.5. Take the under as the Steelers will shut down the Chiefs offense but will not score more than 35 points in the game.
Who Might Not Play for Kansas City
DE Glenn Dorsey
Dorsey is out for this week’s game with a knee injury. He missed the game against the Patriots and looks to be out this week too.
QB Matt Cassel
Cassel is out with a hand injury and is out for the season.
Who Might Not Play for Pittsburgh
WR Emmanuel Sanders
Sanders is doubtful with a knee injury, however has returned to practice this week. He is still a long shot for this week’s game.
Roethlisberger is questionable with a cracked thumb injury but looks to play.
Fantasy Big Players
Pittsburgh, RB Rashard Mendenhall
Mendenhall has been a fantasy downer this year, however he will rebound with a huge game this week. Mendenhall is going against the 28th-ranked rushing defense this week, a Chiefs defense that is giving up a whopping 137 yards per game to running backs.
Pittsburgh, QB Ben Roethlisberger
Roethlisberger may not have the biggest game this week, with a cracked thumb. However, he still will have a decent game as he’s going against the 14th-ranked passing defense and will have two touchdowns.
Pittsburgh, WR Mike Wallace
Wallace has not had as many targets in the last four weeks as fellow receiver Antonio Brown. However, this week the Steelers will look to break this game open early forcing the Chiefs to play catch-up. Wallace will have at least one to two deep-ball throws which will result in a long touchdown reception.
Key to Kansas City Win
The Chiefs must get their running game going. The Steelers do have the best defense, however their run defense has been their weak point this year. If the Chiefs can get Thomas Jones, Jackie Battle and Dexter McCluster going, it may result in a huge upset.
The Chiefs must put relentless pressure on Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger has a cracked thumb so any hits will just worsen the injury. If the Chiefs can get some hits on the quarterback early, it may force him out of the game.
The Chiefs must bottle the running game up. If they can force the Steelers to beat them with their passing game it will increase their chances.
Key to Pittsburgh Win
The Steelers must eliminate the Chiefs rushing attack. If they can take out their running game like the Patriots did last week, it forces Palko to win the game by himself.
The Steelers must get their running game going. With Roethlisberger nursing a cracked thumb, they will have to turn into a run-heavy offense to take pressure off of his injury.
The Steelers must score early. If the Steelers can hit on a big play or two to open the game at 14-0, it will force the Chiefs to abandon their run and put the game on Palko.
Prediction
The Chiefs were an average team at best before the injury to their starting quarterback Cassel. However, now that they have Palko directing this offense they are an awful team.
The Steelers and their passing defense should have no problem in forcing multiple turnovers from Palko with a great chance of returning one for a touchdown. Steelers win big in this game and improve to 8-3 on the season.
