WWE TLC Video: Watch WWE Hype CM Punk's Title Defense, Kevin Nash vs. Triple H

To understand where I am coming from when I speak of the TLV PPV, you have to know that I’m from Philly and was a huge fan of ECW during its time in Philadelphia.

That’s why the gimmick PPVs that everyone hates like Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chamber and Money in the Bank are my favorites.

It adds the element of extreme back into a sport that has gone incredibly soft over the years.

While certain wrestlers don’t belong anywhere near a hardcore match, there are stars that would thrive under those conditions.

One of those battle that will be perfect in this TLC scenario is the WWE title match between Punk and del Rio. They proved they can work a wild match like the one they had at Hell in a Cell, but del Rio also showed he can work a hardcore match when he took on John Cena in the Last Man Standing match.

CM Punk is from Ring of Honor and his time spent learning the trade in Philadelphia will come in handy as he retains the title.

As for a match that has no disqualifications written all over it, they are advertising the return to the ring of Kevin Nash against his former best friend Triple H.

With the history between these two and the length of their withstanding feud without a match, it’s about time. That should get bloody at a PPV like TLC.

All in all, the show has the makings of a great show with plenty of talent to build a solid card around these two main events.
