BCS Bowl Predictions: Oklahoma State vs. Stanford Would Be Dream Fiesta Bowl

Oklahoma State's national championship hopes went down the tubes on Friday when they lost to Iowa State, but they still stand a solid shot at winning the Big 12, and Stanford would be the perfect opponent to face them in the Sugar Bowl.

Both Stanford and Oklahoma State were undefeated late in the season with a Heisman candidate at quarterback, and though both sustained a painful loss, a matchup between two of the best quarterbacks in the nation would be must-see TV.

Seeing Oklahoma State's offense against LSU's defense in the National Championship would have been spectacular, but a Fiesta Bowl featuring the Cardinal and Cowboys is just as compelling of a matchup, though the nature of the matchup is completely different.

This matchup would feature two offenses that score at least 45 points per game and two top-notch teams duking it out in the name of redemption.

This matchup is just as close and unpredictable as the inevitable National Championship Game between Alabama and LSU, but it would be the sort of offensive spectacle that captivates the nation.
