Eagles vs. Giants: New York Will Claim Statement Win over Declining Philadelphia
The New York Giants (6-3) will make the biggest statement of any NFC East team thus far in 2011 when they knock off the defending division champion Philadelphia Eagles (3-6) at MetLife Stadium.
The Giants have an incredible amount of incentive to win Sunday night, given the Dallas Cowboys' win over divisional foe Washington on the road in Week 11. The win pulls Dallas a half game out of first place in the East.
New York has yet to play Dallas yet this season, so a win over the Eagles would help it stay a leg up on the surging 'Boys.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Although Philly is better on the road this season than at home (the Eagles are 2-2 away from Lincoln Financial Field in 2011), Big Blue has been dominant at home, 3-1.
The only loss the Giants took at home was a stinker against the Seattle Seahawks, who caught New York off guard more than anything else.
Turnovers will continue to be the key for why the Eagles lose, which they do often this season mainly because of their own mistakes and shortcomings as an offense.
Quarterback Michael Vick and wideout Jeremy Maclin will both miss Sunday night's game, and that's likely for the better, considering Vick has as many interceptions, 11, as touchdowns this season.
Backup Vince Young will get the start and should keep Philly's offense on schedule. Still, the Giants' pass rush is dominant at home, and the New York offense is led by a veteran in Eli Manning, who calls the shots for the NFL's fifth-best passing attack.
Brandon Jacobs will find some of his mojo in this game as well, helping to turn around the Giants' 29th-ranked ground attack. The Giants will win rather easily, claiming an underrated statement win over the 2010 NFC East champions, who were the favorite to repeat this season.
With three division games left on the schedule after Sunday night's battle with the Eagles, Week 11's contest has add importance for the Giants.
